Today was the worst experience that I had at zip car wash car. The car wash clearly has patrons. But the car wash since it's closed. I drove 8 miles out of my way to visit the car. Wash, and I can't use my membership. Such a waste so disappointed. This place gets zero stars

My app wasn’t working properly today and I knew I had a free wash . Nay nay was VERY helpful and let me use her hotspot lmaoo which one of the most genuine encounters I’ve ever had while coming through a car wash ! Very personal

I have 3 cars I’m paying for car wash and they cut down on water every time my car leaves car wash it is not rinced off with water it stays soapy not happy with it at all will cancel my subscriptions and if u have same issues please report so they don’t destroy more peoples cars because if soap gets dry on paint will leave stains not good for longevity of car

The service I received from this place was not good at all. The vacuuming half times they not working or out of service. The new manager they haven is less professional than allowed by law. Every time goes to washer my car . I always running it twice just to get a decent clean.

Well compared to club car wash this place is not nearly as nice. I did get a half-off discount for 3 months, which I canceled after 2 months because even with the discount in my opinion wasn't worth it. The car wash didn't even clean my car. And yes the vacuums work OK. I guess I was spoiled at club car wash with the free towels and air freshener. This car wash is just OK, nothing exceptional.
