While the atmosphere is very cool with a rich history, that’s the only plus I can give this place. It’s one of those places that has a cool reputation so they just stop trying because they think they don’t have to. Our experience started off ok, we sat at the bar and received our drinks within minutes. We ordered the cheese balls and they were served with paper plates and tooth picks. I felt so sick after eating them I wasn’t able to eat my lukewarm soup and grilled cheese. Pretty hard to make that gross but they managed. The wings were subpar but my boyfriend ate most of them. We were never asked if we wanted another drink or how our food was. Then it took approximately 20-30 minutes of us very obviously being done (and unimpressed) to flag someone down for our tab. No one addressed the fact that my food was barely touched or apologized for the lengthy wait for our bill. I wanted to love this place, but they didn’t even try to give attentive service or quality food.I’ve worked in bars/restaurants and am typically extremely empathetic knowing what servers could be dealing with behind the scene, but had to leave a negative review. There was no excuse for this. Our experience here ruined my night (on vacation) and I just went straight back to our hotel. We both felt unwell for the rest of the night after eating the food.

Ordered soup which was good. Our order for "famous" hamburger was lost. Came on a cold bun and bearly warm. Sent it back and then we got the same burger back with no bun top and it was over cooked. Manager involved. Hamburger is very small for the price, and no flavor. Bun is poor. Better choices for food in area.

I went here with a friend and her mom and the experience was great. It wasn't very busy the day we went, and we got to sit in the back near the dart boards. Our server was present and really nice and the food got out very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Came yesterday, server came to me immediately. After ten minutes was told it would be a 45 minute wait for food. I've worked i. restruants before so I understood. I ended up leaving.Today, called ahead of time and was told 30-40 minute wait for food. No one answered the first time I called.I sat myself and was there for 10-15 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I was really craving burgers so I am very bummed out. There were several servers that walked by me, in fact, I was right by the servers station.Hopefully - if I decide to come back for the third time - third time's a charm.

Blueberry Hill is an absolute institution. I recommend coming to see a show on a random weeknight. Get there early and enjoy a drink, some darts, nostalgia, and maybe a piece of gooey butter cake. If you are lucky, someone will 'Duck Walk' the stage in the Duck Room.

Great local place with lots of fun memorabilia and games to check out! Food is great and there are lots of local beverages in bottles, cans, and on tap.

The memorabilia alone makes this a must see. The food is a fantastic added benefit. The Popcorn Buffalo Shrimp with the Carolina mustard sauce is excellent. We also had the burgers which were all excellent. We walked in for a late lunch and had not problems getting a table for six and the service was excellent, they were on top of everything!Parking: Street parking can be a pain. If you find a spot, grab it and deal with the walk.

Cool asthetic but the service was really bad, International Tap House down the road was much better.

Honestly, this place is mediocre at best. They atmosphere is fun, but not if you have small children or a group of more than 4 people. It's loud, the food is nothing special, bordering on bad, and once the live music starts downstairs, it's even worse. If you come with more than 4 people, I highly recommend not going here. It's more of a couples/college spot, not a family/medium group spot. But the biggest issue with this place? The service is a joke. They don't reserve tables, nor do they seat people based on any sort of typical system, instead you just "seat yourself". Which means the place is packed with people who are just hovering over you and your table staring at you waiting for you to finish.I think if this place didn't have the history it has, no one would go here. Mediocre food, terrible service, loud, kinda gross, and tyrannically understaffed. Like, honestly I feel bad for the wait staff, it's obvious management needs to hire more staff but just won't.There are literally dozens of better places to go. Skip this one.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. It's loud, you can't reserve a table, and they don't seat people. It's "seat yourself", which means you just have to awkwardly hover over people while they eat. I would never bring my kids here again.

It kept my kids happy and the memorabilia was a trip down memory lane. Other than that, it's mediocre food tourists.
