I am an existing BMO customer in St Louis, MO. Received marketing info about the BMO Harris Community Home Improvement Loan. Called the toll-free # at the bottom of the informational letter on 8/1/22 at 5pm. Unfortunately, nobody at BMO Sales had any clue about the program. I got bounced around a number of times and put on endless holds. I was on the phone for a total of 20 minutes before I finally ended the call. The sales/loan call center is clearly in complete disarray. Disappointing, indeed. Also, the music played while I was on endless holds was probably the worst music I have ever heard. Another truly mediocre customer service experience with BMO Harris.

As a main entrance to the Hill neighborhood I am surpised they have not repaired the clock. If they do not intent to repair the clock, they should turn it off or remove it entirely. I realize we have way worse problems in this world, but this is becoming a daily eyesore for the neighborhood. I inquired with the bank months ago and I was told the parts were on order.

Opened account but never got bonus. I showed promo code I got from them but they claimed I got it from another person which is weird. The email was sent to me directly! Never had this happen in any bank.

I recently paid off my car loan sold it to someone. When I paid my car off over a month ago. I told the person I called several times to change the address. Turns out he didn't. So now I have to try and get ahold of the person who lives at the current house and see if they received the title. When if the bank would of just dome their job like I asked and changed the address I wouldn't be in this situation. And now there is no way they can send me another title. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Stephanie was incredibly helpful, courteous and generally nice in helping me get my debit card replaced and opening up a credit card. I always appreciate when staff are clear and concise in their explanations of what I am getting into financially. Would definitely go back to this location specifically for anything that requires more than an ATM. BMO Harris has in general been a solid bank as well in the 6 years I have been with them.

Customer service was okay but they charge you $10 to cash a check if you are not a customer. That seems a little excessive!

The staff here is very helpful. We moved our business accounts here, and they have always been there for is whenever we call. They also hosted an event on identity theft, with keynote speaker of Frank Abagnale, of Catch me if you Can fame.
