I went there to exchange $20 for two rolls of quarters and I was told that I had to be an account holder in order to get change exchanged. Well you're not going to gain any prospective clients with that attitude. You're a bank quit acting like you're better than everybody else

This is my favorite BMO branch. Always friendly, tellers go above and beyond, never overly crowded. Turns going to the bank into an errand I don’t mind running.

This bank doesn’t provide change for individuals without an account. This is not the way good banks operate. This shameful behavior indicates exactly how this bank feels about the local community.
