I took my mother there for an appt in the building. She uses a wheelchair. I pushed her up the ramp on the Manchester rd side of the main entrance. There is an 1 inch difference between the sidewalk ramp and the top which I could not get the chair over without her having to get out. She can only stand and walk a short amount. The buttons to open and close the handicap door did not work. The handicap door could only be opened by pushing a lever from the inside which was located higher than a normal door handle. The door plate was also high and again we could not get her chair over the doorplate and the door was closing on her. The main entrance is a revolving door with the single handicap door on one side and a single regular door on the other side. Her wheelchair is a light transport chair but I expect a bank building which also has law offices to do a better job of being handicapped accessible. A person who came alone in a motorized chair would not have been able to enter the building.

Brutal customer service. There are many more banks in the area to choose from. I would stay away from here. We utilized them for business and personal banking and could not be more grateful to be at another financial institute.

A gentleman at this bank was rude and acted like he inconvenienced when my husband went in for a document. He ordered the wrong document and it didn’t come in the 4 or 5 days he said it would. We can to call customer service on the 6th day. That’s when we found out he ordered the wrong document. Not it’s supposed to be 7 more days. So much for getting something you need quickly. Horrible customer service!!

The customer service is the worst in this location. The tellers are busy with entertaining themselv rather than paying any attention to the customer who are waiting on the line. They are not concern about customers valuable time. Several times I was there and there was no teller were present to check me out.
