I will NEVER go back to this location! I went in to purchase a new phone and line of service. The 2 foreign guys were very nice and pleasant when I walked in. When it became time to pay, I asked for a breakdown of everything. The bill was $200 more than I was quoted. The guy that was helping me added accessories to my order, and told me they were part of the promotion. However, when he shows me the breakdown of everything, there was almost $100 worth of accessories. I asked him to take them off, I can get them somewhere else. The manager came over and asked him if he was giving me the hookup 😂. The sales rep replied "no she doesn't want the accessories!" The Manager's mood quickly changed. He tells me they don't sell their phones without accessories. He tells the rep no to sell me the phone. He said that was the last iPhone 15 they had and their will be long lines of ppl wanting to buy that phone. I said OK, grabbed my kids and left. I hate dealing with foreigners. They are rude AF they stay lying, and always getting over on ppl.

Shootout to Boost Mobile on South Grand.
I went in the store to for a phone & end up leaving with two phones.I hate I 4got the guy name but it beings with the letter R,he he had on a yellow shirt that day,so if he see this he'll know I shouted him & the store out Go thru & check them out that's if u need a good deal on a phone.

Originally my husband and I were attempting to get an easy wireless fix and that was unhelpful. A few doors down boost mobile was playing some awesome music and had a tent outside on a gorgeous sunny day. The vibes were welcoming and we just walked on over. We were met immediately by an amazing lady named Aldrin who offered all the current promotions, she also offered resolutions to help aid both of us in getting a phone due to having trouble getting one formyself. She was completely sweet, knowledgeable and kind. Accomodating and friendly. Offeted us beverages and helped with any issues we had. She was absolutely terrific and professional! Such a lovely and helpful person that is very good at selling!
