Constance is the best sales rep I have ever came in contact with at any boost mobile I have visited. I wouldn't trade her for the world. She is an awesome person to communicate with, she solves all of my concerns. She's the best. I appreciate her to the utmost.

I arrived at this location at 3:45 today with the hopes of getting phone service through this provider. Mind you this is my second day in a row traveling to this location. Upon arrival and approaching the store I was met with a note saying the employee on duty wouldn't be back until 4:30. So, I waited patiently for the store to reopen. My fiance approached the male employee and asked for details regarding to purchasing a phone for him and I. Initially he was told that it would be $218.00+tax (without getting our information or anything else needed to get an account open) so, I join him after the fact and ask the young man how he came up with that total due to the fact that we both have an active service plan elsewhere ? the price changes from $218+tax/per line to $131+tax/per line. This is all while we're standing in the lobby. So he asks for only part of the items needed to start the account lol and proceeds. After entering my information into the system incorrectly 3 times in a row the system locked my account to the point where not only was I locked out but my number can never be ported out whatsoever. I spent almost 3 hours in this store and he wasn't trying to give me my money back that I had already paid him. I suggest you go somewhere else for service cause buddy definitely gone try to bust yo head period!!!

I will be reporting this authorized dealer to Better Business Bureau. I had the worst experience with the associate George, and then with the regional manager Jonny. It is never acceptable to call someone a racist, and it is ignorant to do so. This location say they can hear everything I want them to listen to there associate call me a racists. Per regional manager he is not white!!!!!! People will scream anybody is racists especially after they have been rude and nasty. Look at the video and watch what it shows. Horrible authorized dealer.
