Yaswath LIED. I went in and paid my service for our 2 phones for $88 then I bought a new phone and paid for its service activation etc. The price was high and I asked if there were any deals. Yashwa literally removed the service payment of $57, made me believe he found a great deal and only made me pay for the remaining 2 days of service. He removed my payment for service and lied making me believe he just found a deal....our phones were shut off 2 days later....so after paying our hundreds and being told we were good for the month ....that was NOT the case, he misled us. I ended up having to pay another $60 bc we had to have our phones. The entire purpose was so our daughter could call us if something bad happened again at her bio dads and yet here we are being lied to. I feel ripped off, I hate liars, and feel that making sales shouldn't come by you being dishonest and misleading. Pathetic and honestly wish there was a NO star option. He pulled up my google on my phone and typed his name in begging for a good review ..so I am betting any good review on here with that man....he pushed the customer to do it and probably typed half of it in there for them. You don't win, succeed, or get anywhere by lying

Josh W went above and beyond to ensure both mine and my boyfriend's new phones were set-up. The best customer service we've ever experienced. Great guy to chat with while waiting for the phones to connect and transfer data. Definitely recommend.

I'm a busy Momma of two, Josh understood the assignment of having both met my wants and needs in a new phone and respecting my time.
