  Harshu helped us so much. Less than an hour left till close and he had 2 customers at once out of the door happily before closing time!! I love the phone he helped us pick out, no complaints. Moreso I'd like to say his customer service skills are exceeding expectations, as well as his hospitality. With a baby running around, he was completely in his element, and the vibe of the store was overly joyful. Will return again because of him!!!

  Listen closely, do not go to this store , there is a predatory saleswoman here that will add unnecessary charges(accessories) to your total and call it a “bundle” boost mobile does not allow them to “add on accessories” in any promotional deal that is currently running, she lied MULTIPLE TIMES about not being able to print an itemized receipt, she called her “manager” spoke in a different language and still said she couldn’t print one, I was firm with her that it’s the law and then low and behold she was able to do it , after being very aggressive and she tried to steal money from me by shortening my return , , then she tried to keep the itemized receipt after she was able to print it , so I had to hurry up and grab it , maybe she is doing what she is told but she or anyone in this store is not to be trusted !

  I went to the one in Fenton to add my niece to my plan & Jackie assured me it would only be $30 more. Well they wound up taking out $50 more. I happened to be on Bayless and stopped in. Asma was very friendly & so helpful. She went above & beyond and got it down to just $30 more added to my bill.
