I work in a truck repair/ fabrication shop and my boots have to be pretty tough to put up with the abuse I put them through. Was recommended Boot Barn from a family member and decided to give the company a shot.
I started with a $200 pair of Georga Boot brand boots that started splitting the sole within 6 months. Called in and used the 1 year warranty to get a second pair of boot.
Second pair I got was a $230 pair of Carolina brand boots after paying the price difference. I've had these boots for 4 months now and they are now splitting the soles.
I'm outside of my warranty now and need a new pair of boots.
Save your money, don't shop here. Shop online instead.

Staff was helpful unlike a lot of comments here, and one gal warmed up after I was simply kind to her. That goes a long way and it free. Overall prices kind of steep, even with sales but some nice outwear. Changing room needed a broom badly tho!

While they have huge boot selection, the customer service here is really where it’s at! I recently had an issue with a pair of boots I purchased and Anna and Samantha truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The kindness and attention to detail was impressive and very much appreciated! I know where I’m going for my next boot purchase!

They have a great selection of work boots, and an expensive election of everything else. It's great to shop here if you're going to a honkeytonk/ Jason Aldean concert, but if you want work clothes, pretty much anywhere else has better value.

Verry poor experience with double h boots I spent almost $400 on 2 sets of boots in different sizes only wearing them in my house to see if they fit and neither of them fit so I returned both pairs, I finally got an email about a week later saying that they were only refunding one pair of the almost $200 boots bc the other pair looked worn (when they were both in the exact same condition) and Sent the other pair back to me, when the boots got back to me there were scuff marks all over them that were not there when I shipped the boots to them, so now not only can I not wear them i cant even sell them. Double h boots does verry poor business f-u double h boots
