Great service and healthy plants. Beautiful variety of colors for pots. Although they were busy with brunch, employees were all pleasant and extremely helpful. Two wonderful ladies inside the nursery were kind. They check me out quickly, watered my plant, and wrapped my gift beautifully.

Sitting at the bar for brunch was so enjoyable! The staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious! I had the eggs benedicts and I will be back for more!!

I came in today to buy some milkweed. The workers were friendly and guided me to them, but they did not inform me that all of the milkweed varieties were absolutely infested with aphids. Once I brought it up, they said they knew. This is a violation of trust in my opinion, as someone who did not know what aphids looked like or someone who ordered the plants for delivery (like I was going to) would have received plants on their death bed and their gardens ultimately infested. I understand aphids are a common pest for milkweed and are difficult to eradicate, but at bare minimum remove them from sale or inform people before they buy. It did not seem like they were doing any mitigation for these pests and they weren’t the only plants that were looking rough. I think this place does have potential, and I did end up purchasing other plants, but it makes me nervous how well they have been taken care of and if they’ll bring any pests or disease to my garden.

Great place to shop for a wide variety of plants and flowers along with so much more. Staff was welcoming and warm when you ran into them in the store or had questions. Prices are comparable to other nurses around town.

So glad that I stumbled upon this amazing place today! I went ahead and bought my Mom’s Mother’s Day flowers while there (Initially I planned on going to Home Depot). Omg I loved the whole atmosphere! Staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff were super helpful and I'm excited to go back! They answered my questions, informed me about some of the plants I came in looking for, and pointed me to where I could find them. The selection of plants is HUGE, lots of beautiful healthy plants to choose from. There's a section dedicated for herbs and edibles, with common and less-common cultivars. I didn't even get a chance to look around the section at the front with cute containers, special supplies, posters, art, vivariums, etc. Take all my money.

My co worker told me about this place. Went there for brunch it was a wait, I suggest you make a reservation. While you wait you can get a coffee or cocktail from the bar. Or you can buy some new plants for your garden. The vibe is like something you see in LA or the Carolina's. The service was good, I'm going back again a nice place for a date or upcoming Mother's Day.

I purchased a Dolphin succulent hanging plant from Bowood Farms in January and was very disappointed to discover the plant was infested with mealy bugs. I contacted the manager for an explanation how this could happen. His response was to spray it with insecticide but he did not think that it would recover. I have multiple succulents that are thriving in my home however, this plant did not. Therefore, I don't recommend purchasing succulents plants at this location..waste of money!

To call Boxwood Farms a nursery is to undersell this business. To call it a contemporary high end garden store would be a better description. Very tasteful pots, outdoor decorations as well as a good selection of exotic and outdoor plants would be more accurate. We did not try the restaurant which looks like it could be good.
