It's not bad. Could be nicer, but is what it is.

I visited this gas station tonight, as I have many times, and I happened to leave a large chunk of cash on the counter before leaving. After realizing my mistake I came back, not knowing if I had left it there or not. Not only did they (pretty much) confirm that I did but they also protected it from at least four different people that tried to claim it. The owner himself came in and checked the cameras and the attendant was the sweetest woman I've met in quite a while. I didn't catch her name but she's fantastic. They showed a lot of honesty and care for their customers tonight.

I was charged twice for gas, the attendant put it on the wrong pump, I paid again and was told the charge would go back to my account. I never received the funds, and the manager refused to give me a refund.

There’s a sign requiring face masks on the door, yet their employees do not wear face masks.

A certain employee (lady with the frizzy dyed red hair) needs to learn how to prioritize and stop being distracted by personal business when working. That means, when a customer is standing at the register with money in hand, stop what you are doing and check them out. Dont keep putting away cigarettes, dont stand there having a personal conversation on your phone, dont futz around shuffling papers on the counter or take another bite of lunch. At the very least acknowledge the customer and tell them you will be with them momentarily, but c'mon, stocking cigarettes or your phone conversation can wait. Ignoring your customer until they interrupt you and advise what they want is unacceptable. Some other suggestions- when someone walks in, or up to the counter instead of ignoring them say "Hi" I know its tough when you are distracted by your boyfriend (black guy hanging by the liquor during most of your shifts). Also, when someone gives you a scratcher ticket, somehow I think you can start the conversation with something more appropriate than "I cant cash it if its big". Trust me, I've been told by you enough, I wont bother bringing in anything more than $20-30. Ash(Owner) Please train your employees in basic customer service skills. Someone trying to give you money should be priority #1. Enforce some rules regarding personal cell phone use by employees. Stop allowing employees love interests to hang out for hours(still limited on #of people allowed inside due to social distancing) Have them be friendly, attentive and greet customers etc instead of being a total stick in the mud negative Nancy that prioritizes everything but the customer. Looking forward, when I pull in and see this lady working I'll pull right back out and down to 7-11. They tend to be a bit slower and usually have a line as a result. But at least they own it, are apologetic and friendly. And their line of 5 or 6 people still seems to move faster than just me (1 person) at your location. Is it really that difficult to find employees that take pride in their job and focus on operating your business while in your clock?

Clean inside, vary well lit outside at night and helpful/polite employees. The only negative thing(and this is nitpicking) is that I always hit my car door on the post next to the gas pumps.

My go to station in this area, lowest prices on snacks and liqueur/beer in the area, beats most liqueur stores and has huge selection. Employees are always kind and fast, never waited in a line. And, you can't beat that clean BP fuel. 100 percent recommend to anyone to shop and fill up here.
