Brody's has an amazing assortment of lamps, art, furniture, and decor. I recently purchased a lamp from Mary who was very helpful and patient in helping me choose the right lamp for my bedroom. When I had slight problem with the shade and returned the next day, she made it right, which I so appreciated. Great customer service.

The customer service at this locally owned shop is wonderful. They quickly selected the perfect shade to suit my lamp, providing guidance on the color and height. It was so much easier than shopping online. They also have a treasure trove of beautiful lamps, nature-themed art prints, and embroidered pillows.

A first class business...they are über helpful. We have bought lamp shades, had lamps repaired and each time it was an excellent experience. Yes their prices are higher...but quality in workmanship and material cost more...and when we had something repaired we NEVER had to worry about the outcome and whether it worked or not. This is the best lamp store we have used over the years...thank you Brody's1

Walked in, and the nicest sales lady approached us. She told us about the stores design of lamps and then gave us plenty of time to shop. We found just what we were looking for with a bit of professional help from her in the end.Beautiful store with a fabulous selection of lamps and other decor. Will definitely be our first stop next time.

Love the lamp I bought, they were very helpful in finding the perfect lamp for my needs. Just beware that you are not asked if you want lightbulbs, they just include them and charge very high prices for them.

I have been resourcing at Brody’s for years. Every lamp in our home has been sourced by Brody’s.They have an amazing inventory; in quantity and quality. They have The finest selection of product in the MidWest. Virtually every product is a work of art. Beautiful and functional.The staff is not just knowledgeable, they are professionals and the most patient people in retail. They will never be satisfied until their client is satisfied. This level of service is as unique as their product inventory.

Does not provide good service. Not customer friendly or accommodating. Brody's would not resolve a repair done incorrectly. Rushed there after work to meet with them. Called them while driving and said I would be there at 5 pm but the sales associate said they walk out at 5 pm no matter what. I was caught in traffic and arrived at 5:04 pm and there were no one insight. I don't think they care about their customers. Would not recommend anyone to use this establishment.

This place is amazing!!! Hundreds of lamp shades, plus beautiful home accessories of all kinds. Very efficient friendly staff picked the perfect shades for our antique lamps. We were thrilled.

Took my vintage 70s swag lamp in because the pull chain came out of it and that sort of thing is out of my pay grade. Was going to take it to be repaired at Metro, but I didn't feel comfortable taking my prized beaut to them. Instead, I opted to take it to Brody's, who understand vintage and antique pieces, soo glad that I did. My lamp was returned in better condition than when I left it and the turnaround time was so quick! Will definitely be taking my other lamps to them when needed.
