Very Satisfied!! Check in was easy and the vehicle was ready! Although they were busy, the rep greeted everyone, said she'd take care of everyone quickly and she did!I rented a vehicle from the Enterprise on Washington Ave and had the opposite experience..the car wasnt ready, i had to wait for them to 'clean' one & they purposely gave a half tank of gas AND they were rude!!I will definitely use Budget & rent from this location again!!!

What a Joke! had to wait 2 hours in line at the budget at Saint Louis Airport while one of the associates was on her personal phone. The car I was given drove well enough on the street, once I got on the freeway, I felt like I was on a cheap washing machine on the spin cycle. I contacted "customer care" (I use that title very loosely" and I was told that I could go to a local budget to switch out my car. The person who gave me the info ASSURED me that there would be a car waiting for me. I got there...they only rent SUVs and vans...and they were all accounted for. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful. He called another store an hour away from the store I currently was where they had a car. I did not want to drive for an hour. I called "customer service " again. The lady on the other end was reading from a script and would not variate from it. I asked to speak to a manager, and that's when she hung up...NICE! I ended up returning the car to the store I was told to go to. Again, the young man was great and not surprised by the treatment i received. Budget did not refund the whole total of the amount i paid for the rental because i used it for 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN BUDGET!!!!

This company had me go to three different locations which was the 15th 16 17 and today the first three cancel my reservation and the last one tell me they couldn’t accept my card unless it had a American Express on it I have literally called them over 25 time and some how when the reps felt like they had to do there job they would disconnect the line I even had one rep tell me he would hang up if I didn’t spell my last name out im frustrated angry upset and wouldn’t dare recommend this company to anyone I’ve spent over 400 in Ubers just to get compensated 3day rental and all the mentally trauma I’ve dealt with the pass four days even with the discount I still can’t use the code because they don’t take my card YOU WILL REGRET IF YOU BOOK WITH THEM UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE EMPLOYEES WILL TRANSFER YOU IF YOU ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR

Not every person owns a credit card. Very shameful for asking me to walk to your shop and you will help me get a car but then you really don't saying you need credit approval. I don't recommend budget to anyone. This place has no consideration, regards and respect for people who really need to rent special situations such as paying for your rental with a debit card should not be a problem at at, and as long as you paid for your rental that's all that should matter. So what's with my credit. My credit score is not going to assure I get to heaven. I am very upset how budget and avis and Enterprise rental cars comes up with very specific and difficult requirement. I had the money to pay for my rental, however, they triI couldn't be more ed to find other issue. Very deceitful.

My car was stolen and Sergei saved me. Almost no rental agencies had cars available on the day I started calling. As a single mom I couldn’t be trapped without a ride. But Sergei saw how stressed I was and solved so many problems- setting me up with a great car and honoring a lower price (for a much smaller car) I had been quoted from the corporate office. Not to mention how kind and patient he was, even though they’d been having computer problems. You don’t see this a lot, but I felt he really cared about customers!

Contracted for a large SUV. Only when I arrived did they tell me that they did not have the promised vehicle. They offered a minivan as the only alternative and at the same price. They were so bold as to tell me me this was BETTER as if it were an upgrade. Turning it in was little better.

Rent vehicle ran great and had the space I needed. But the clerk was a j**** No one in the city had a rental. If I could have left it. I would have, plus not familiar of the area. I couldn't find the location. I called the location number I thought. She told me there was not such a location and she would give someone a message to call me back.
