Build-A-Bear Workshop at Union Station

Toy Stores , Children's Clothing
Hours: Build-A-Bear Workshop at Union Station offers a fun and creative experience for both children and adults. Customers can create their own plush toys by adding outfits, sounds, scents, and even custom voice messages, making each furry friend unique. The store provides opportunities for special events like birthday parties, office gatherings, or community celebrations, which include customized furry friends, Heart ceremonies, and party games. The location benefits from being in the beautifully rehabbed Union Station area, with nearby attractions like the Ferris wheel, restaurants, and the aquarium. Staff members are generally friendly and helpful, with some standout employees providing excellent service. The manager is appreciated for her care and efforts to support staff during challenging situations, such as dealing with store issues like the AC outage. However, some reviews note that while the staff who help with stuffing bears are great, others at the checkout could be more friendly, especially in a children's environment. A few inconveniences include having to pay parking fees to visit the store, as it is located within Union Station property. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with many praising the variety of options and the enjoyable, interactive environment.
