I shopped here the Monday after Black Friday. I love this place! The place was pretty well stocked except the sizes I wear. Double and triple XL. Other than that, no complaints.

While the place was busy it was no black friday. Not a single kart in the store I walk in with my toddler with a a random kart not target one from next door told I couldn't bring it in. You just lost 2 to 300 dollars in purchases over not having staff to ensure karts are available for use. Staff was rude about it too guess what if we can't shop store doesn't make money and you don't have a job. Only had two cashiers working the weekend before Christmas. Manager clearly dropped the ball.

* update 8/13/24: I finally got my 25$ refund. They made me do extra to prove it happened and if I had just blindly accepted their flimsy excuses I would not have received it. The agent I spoke with was pleasant and patient. TWO MONTHS IT TOOK😲😲😞

there is a staff person that has to grant you entrance by lifting a physical barrier. This is the strangest thing I've ever experienced. Similar to how nightclubs do it when seen on tv

Burlington corporate hasn't responded to my email about me losing a 25$ from my debit card because their system locked up. Also on the same visit when using 35$ in Burlington gift cards, the 35$ amount was added to my total instead of decreasing the total. It took 1 hour for the manager to figure out what had happened. Store manager keeps telling me to return on a Monday when corporate will be there so I can get my 25$ debit returned. Says she can't initiate the refund without their approval. Someone must be stealing if their weekly deposit doesn't reflect an extra 25$ payment. I'm unable to return every Monday and the day I did I was told that corporate had just left the store. This is a horrible experience. I just want my money returned and NOT an in store credit.

Prices are crazy low. I hit it up from time to time. Every 6 months or so. Do they have tons of stuff I would wear? No. But they have a few items, and it's worth the trip back.
