Different perspective - I’m an insurance agent who reached out for proof of alarm monitoring for a mutual client of ours. We were having trouble receiving the email from Burnes-citadel but Sandra Simpson sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get this over to us for our mutual client. She was so patient and kind on the phone. 10/10 customer service. As an insurance agent, I’m not typically met with kindness or priority when I make these requests, so she was the exception.

From Alan all the way down to Dale and Nick, our installer. They did a great job having us understand what was wrong with our system we had and what is needed to be fixed. Dale and Nick were hard at work and had to work through out birds nest of wires from the previous company. They cleaned it all out and helps us with labeling everything as well. Great Job and looking forward to working with you all more. Thank you again for everything you all did in the timely manner you did.

Keith and the whole Burnes Citadel team have been absolutely fantastic to work with! They tailored my home security to best suit my needs and budget point. Tom, who came to install my system, was very friendly and answered all my questions. Installation was thorough with a detailed demonstration so I felt confident in using it. The app on my phone for my cameras is great so I can check the feeds remotely and it takes seconds to arm or disarm my security system! I have so much peace of mind now because of it and appreciate the personal service provided by this company. Would absolutely highly recommend!

Great experience from sales to install. Good quality cameras and components are used. Installers do a very professional job and are easy to work with. They take time to go over how to use the system upon completion of install.
