If I could give this branch 0 stars, it would be more suitable. Not sure if everyone here was having a bad day, but the treatment was mortifying! I was trying to cash a check given by an employer and after trying to gain entrance without success, a teller watched me until attempts ceased and mouthed from inside “how may I help you?” After holding up an envelope to indicate I was cashing a check, they met me at the door to ask if I had an account. I answered I didn’t while still standing in the door. No greetings or welcoming, they told me 2 forms of ID were needed to cash a check without an account. I obliged without any further explanation. They in turn could not help me with this matter and I was sent away, again, without any further information. If I wanted to open an account, I was not made to feel welcomed by Busey or that my business matters. This folks is the new day redlining. In the end, I just want Busey to treat people better! You never know who you may run into and how you are affecting future business with poor customer care. And if you’re worried about the homeless individuals in the area (with your 2 armed security guards), I kindly ask that you move your bank/business elsewhere. If people have to be treated the way I was treated today, I speak for the community when I say we don’t want you here. Thank you!

I love whole entire staff this is Victoria. Never had a issue. So grateful to have the whole entire staff in my family lives. God bless you all.

The staff at 9th & Pine in St. Louis are the best. Kim, Sean and Ann ( to name a few) are awesome. I hope Busey appreciates them as much as I do.

I went to that bank wanting to make the most basic of transactions and was told they only serve their account holders. Because of the extremely droll manner of the old white women that are tellers, I rather not choose to the open an account with them.
