  Genuinely a nighmare. I've banked with this location for probably 12 or more years and have watched them slowly degrade into absolute crap. Terrible customer service, bad online banking, I went in to close my account years ago and they cried begging me to stay it was so uncomfortable. Last week I'd had enough, went into close for good. Was given the paperwork filled it out. The nice woman at the counter said I was good my account was closed. I started getting notifications about overdrafts this week! When I contacted customer service they say there's no indication my account closed. Their debit cards are barely a step above cheap cardboard break all the time. I hate my experience with this bank. I feel like I'm being scammed for overdraft fees.

  Busey Bank get a five-star rating for me and my family the staff there are so helpful thoughtful and caring after I had a problem with a company ADT going into my account and I did not know but they was doing that the staff members alerted me and let me know what was going on I was just dumbfounded to find out that this company could do this to me but the staff at busey Bank stepped in and reassured me they will help me out I had surgery for my heart I could not afford my medicine when this company went into my account and just took what they want to out of my account my busy Bank stepped in and helped me out with the I owe my lifestaff looking at them my account my help I am so thankful for this that someone still cares busey Bank is a great business and they care about their customers not just for the money they really cares the staff there on South Grand is awesome

  Wanted to give a huge shout out to Busey and especially Zuri at the South Grand branch. She helped me take care of a few important checks that I needed and when I ran in to an issue with one of them she was super helpful in assisting me getting it taken care of. Thanks Zuri! 10/10

  After abruptly closing your bank account without notifying you, they have the audacity to keep your hard-earned money for a long period of time. It doesn't matter how long you have been with them. Also, I have never been to a bank that you have to be buzzed in and go through metal detectors. I’m kind of thankful that this happened now. It prevented me from having further issues with this unprofessional branch.

  Nice friendly, professional employees, decent loan rates, and they're happy to give you change or break big bill's for you. ATM onsite. At corner of Chippewa and South Grand in St. Louis, MO.

  I went to this location to withdraw cash off of my debit card at the desk so I could open an account with them and I was rudely told that I could not withdraw cash at the desk I had to go to the ATM that's all I could do. When I asked when that changed because I had withdrawn cash off the same card before I don't have similar Busey location “I was told not here.”I will not return to this branch nor will I recommend Busey bank to any of my friends or loved ones. This is not my first Bad experience with this bank. I'm kind of thankful that this happened today because it prevented me from having further issues with this and unprofessional branch.

  First time at this location and will be the last. I have never been to a bank that you have to be buzz in and go through metal detectors. Then, you can't walk in the door together with a elderly person. If it wasn't for the great customer at the CWE location we would not bank with this company anymore.
