This is a great company! I do fundraising for our zoo. We take photos of our animals and make pins and magnets which we sell to raise extra money for enrichment items for the animals. I’ve been ordering button supplies from Brick City Button Makers for several years and they have been wonderful to deal with. They’ve gone out of their way to help us out when we’ve needed supplies on a rush basis. In addition, their website and YouTube channel provide great resources for designing and making buttons and troubleshooting button-making machines. Highly recommended!

Everyone that I've come in contact with at Brick City has been awesome (including the Kitty Welcoming Committee❤). They have been super friendly, helpful, and patient answering questions. Rebecca was even kind enough to offer some guidance on helping me to use the punch machine in different ways to avoid injury to my already deformed arthritic hands. I appreciate that I expressed an issue/need and she didn't hesitate to help. Also, I remember coming in to their old location on Cheeroke St. and was eagerly and warmly offered a tour behind the scenes to see how the stickers and mass production buttons were made. That left an indelible mark on me and I'm happy to say that they've been nothing but consistent with above and beyond customer service ever since. I love the Tecre button makers that they offer and all of the components have worked like a charm for me. 100% recommend this small shop for your button and sticker needs.

I was finally able to find parts for my button maker (made in China) through Brick City. However, when I received it there was an issue with my order. I sent them a text via their website and they fixed it right away! They sent new parts free of charge! Will definitely be buying from them again.

Trying to bring some 109-year-old celluloid pinbacks to their original format, I needed the pin part that inserts into the back. Brick City Button Makers was the only source I found that offered pins that were very close to the originals I was looking for; the price was good too. However, when I received the wrong items, I had to contact them with the problem. I can't tell you how impressed I was with how they handled it. They responded to my "problem" message within a couple of hours, asking me to send a picture of what I had received. Then, I was included on their correction order message, which was sent within a few hours of their having received my picture. End results: I actually got the correction package faster than I received the first package. I highly recommend this company!

Don't buy button making supplies from this company. I contacted the owner first thing this week with an urgent need for supplies due to another supplier being backordered. She told me they were in stock and could ship ASAP. Two days later, "oops no I don't really have them and can get some for you elsewhere in several more days, and I won't expedite it because I don't want to spend the money." Being a customer of 10 years is zero value to ButtonMakers, I guess. Turns out they just upcharge and dropship from the manufacturer, Tecre. I'm just going to order direct from them in the future. You should too.

Literally the most kind and helpful people ever!1. I bring a cheap button maker in and they patiently work with it to show me what I need for it to function.2. I end up renting a button making machine from them and they walk me step by step on how to use it.3. I end up having to redo the buttons the day after I returned the machine and they were still patient and friendly towards me when I called back!They definitely care about their craft and the people they service, Highly recommend them for any of your button making needs!
