Car craft had my car for three weeks. I went to 17 places before I chose them and I’m so happy that I did. Mike did a phenomenal job and my car looks amazing. They kept me updated every step of the way and took time to answer all my questions and were so patient. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Def highly recommended and any work I ever need done they will be doing it. Thanks so much again for everything.

I usually don’t like to give businesses bad reviews because I think sometimes a little grace in a world of humans is necessary. That being said, I don’t want anyone to waste their time with this establishment. I made an appointment to have my car inspected after I was told it had a lot of hail damage. I was fully prepared to allow Car Craft handle all of this through my insurance as I don’t know much about this industry at all. That being said, I have never experienced a less professional encounter in my life. I went to have it Inspected and was greeted with an extremely rude incompetent desk, lady who informed me that hail could never crack a windshield. With a little investigation, come to find out the people that specialize in this have no idea what they’re talking about. I watched the hail crack my windshield in real time and knew I was not crazy not to mention all of the hail damage to my car Then another lady comes out from the back and informed me that she will not fight on my behalf and she’s not gonna pay for her self. I was very dumbfounded by the remark, as I never asked her to pay for anything I was trying to give a local business some revenue. I won’t go into detail about the condescending tones and the wild remarks and the feelings of them just trying to be a cash grab and take advantage of the situation, but I absolutely would not trust this business to do ANY body work on my vehicle given the experience I had. Please do your research not all local businesses are good businesses. Sometimes you experience hate and rudeness for no reason at all. -A local human trying to save you so time and frustration.

I had a frustrating experience with Carcraft. I brought my vehicle in for repairs to the driver side fender through my insurance, but when I picked it up, I noticed DAMAGE to the passenger side fog light assembly—which was NOT part of the original issue. I have photos taken before the repair that clearly show the fog light was intact, yet they claimed it was already damaged. Strangely enough, they also ordered a bulb for that side, even though the original damage had nothing to do with it.
To make matters worse, the repair process was delayed because they canceled my claim without my knowledge, telling my insurance I had changed my mind. In reality, they hadn’t even submitted an estimate when they claimed they had.
I’ve contacted my insurance about the fog light damage, but I’m not sure if it will be resolved. Overall, I do not recommend this shop. It might be tempting to choose a place with immediate availability, but in my experience, there’s often a reason they aren’t booked.

Used Car Craft for the first time for an insurance claim. They exceeded my expectations on customer service and overall quality of work. They completed the job over a month before the expected time. I would definitely recommend to a friend and will use in the future if needed.

My sunroof exploded on its own and another repair center said they wouldn't even be able to look at my vehicle until a month after it happened. I contacted Car Craft and they were able to get my vehicle in right away, provide an estimate, order the parts and have my vehicle back on the road in 1.5 weeks. They went above and beyond in helping me switch my car rental over to the Enterprise center that was closer to the repair center rather than the original location I was supposed to rent from.
Helpful and friendly staff! The work was completed quickly and correctly. Definitely recommend this service center!

Haley was always professional and friendly. I also appreciate the text updates with estimates and updates on how my “baby” was doing while in the care of this auto shop! Great job I will definitely be back if ever (hopefully never) I need auto body service in the future!
