After leaving a review of the issues I had at the location on Watson in Shrewsbury the regional manager called me within 20 minutes. He had me bring my suv in to this location and took it for a test drive to verify the issue. They found that 2 tires that I just had installed 2 months ago were out of balance and the tire I just had repaired was really out of balance (all of the work was previously performed by the Shrewsbury location). I'm thankful that someone at the Lemay Ferry Car X was willing to stand behind their work and fix their mistakes.

This place was awesome! Got my in and out in under 30 minutes for a safety and emissions test. Other places were scheduling weeks out. I called and they got me in - same week. Highly recommend! And everyone that works there is so friendly!!

I recently had my first experience with Admir who is the current manager of this Car X location at Lemay Ferry and Victory Road in Saint Louis County Missouri. Admir knowing I'm currently put of work went above and beyond to help me out. While it was just a nail in my tire the repair was quick and efficient. Admir and gis staff should he commended.

I called them to see if I could bring in a car I was looking at to buy for my 18 yr old and wanted to make sure it was looked over and they weren't taking as advantage of me. I spoke with Admir the manager who said bring it right up and they would take a look. Within the first 5 mins he told me to look elsewhere and showed me why. I tried Ted him and what he had to say and he fit me right in. I appreciate all they did for me. They definitely earned my respect and future business. Highly recommend.

First time to CarX and it was such a great experience. Admir was so friendly, kind and positive, even on one of the hottest days of the year. They squeezed us in for an emissions inspection and got it done in a decent amount of time. And, their prices were very reasonable, in my opinion. I will be going back to have them service my car again. Thank you Admir and CarX, I really do appreciate your service.

I was having problems with my car and Nissan said there was probably not much they could do and they hadn't even looked at it. Kevin at Car X got me in the next day to run a diagnostics and take it for a drive.
