About a month ago I had two new tires put on with no issues. I recently got a screw in a front tire and took it in to get repaired. Now when I drive at 70mph the entire SUV shakes. I called and spoke to Brandon, the manager, and he stated it was nothing that they would have done when doing the tire repair but did offer to look at it. He said he couldn't get it in today (Saturday) because they are understaffed. Now I have a car that I can't drive on the highway and I also have to miss time from work to get it looked at again.

If they try to advertise you extra service after safety or emissions inspections, get a second opinion. Brandon the manager told me that I needed a battery change because my battery health was 0 and cited he had a new battery tester. Took it to my usual mechanic today for a second opinion and they told me my battery health was fine.

I didn't even have an appointment and they were able to take me right away for a emissions test. I was leaving 30 minutes later.

I have been dealing with these people for several years. Danielle was very helpful. She explained how I could pay with no interest for 12 months. Chris explained what the problem was with the calipers and why the one needed to be replaced. Now I have new brakes and can feel safe when I drive. They have always taken very good care of me.
Had a problem with more old tires today ,7/21/25. Notice came on my car that I had 25psi in my tire. By the time I got to Carx it was down to 15.psi. He showed me how bad my tires were. He filled it up so I could take my dog home. I came back and he fixed me up with new tires. Now I am good for 65000 miles. Thanks so much to Carx.

I have been to this location a handful of times since 2016 and I have had nothing but good experiences. Everyone is very helpful and I don't feel like they're trying to overcharge you have some mechanics do. The best compliment I can give them is this, I no longer live in the area, but I'll drive the 25 minutes to this location opposed to going somewhere else
