This review is long overdue. My apologies, life gets busy. However, I want to commend Ryan U. at the Overland location. He went above and beyond and made sure I understood everything completely. He is trustworthy and honest, which is hard to find in this type of business. He found a MAJOR flaw on my vehicle (JUST PURCHASED) that potentially saved mine and my children’s lives, even after the other company fraudulently passed the safety inspection. He definitely deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise.
Thank you so much Ryan for all of your help!! You’re absolutely amazing!! X2 at that (I went back after they fixed it to make sure it was right and get his professional, as well as, personal opinion).

I was getting a major repair on my car, once my car was finally moved to this location the guys at Carx on page did their best getting my car done in a timely manner, had good communication and did my emission inspection for me. I thought I was going to be without transportation even longer but these guys worked hard! I am happy and satisfied. Thanks

I visited CarX on 8/7/25 to have my vehicle checked for clicking noise in rear. Ryan gave Jake the paperwork to check it out. I was told my rear suspension shocks was the issue. I was quoted a price of $963.63 to fix. I returned on Thursday , Aug 21st, @7:30am to get work done. The cost was smaller than what I was quoted. I paid $912.80 for suspension work. I sat in Lobby and waited on my car. It was 10:09am when my car entered the garage to start the job. It was 11:24am and I was back in my car pulling off the lot. Immediately, I hear the exact same clicking noise! I turned around and went right back. Ryan was not at the front desk. Spoke to the mechanic, K Muehlebach, he said he heard it too when pulling out the garage but I have to drive it for a while and the noise will go away. I told him that I’ve never heard of getting a repair and have to drive it so it will fix itself? I drove it that Thursday evening and Friday and the noise didn’t seem to be getting quiet. Saturday, Aug 23rd, @7:30am, I went back to CarX. Ryan had a nice,nasty attitude. I asked him, “why did I pay $913 to repair my car and it is still making the same noise”? He said well we have to do process of eliminating to narrow down to the root cause…WHO HAS MONEY TO THROW OUT UNTIL YOU HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM??? I trusted CARX had found the problem initially when I paid $913 to fix my car. Not to tell me they have to do process of eliminating. So, Ryan had the tech to recheck my car. Now they are saying it’s my bushel on both sides are loose and need to be replaced. So at this point, how do I know that the work they said they did was warranted? I’m out of $913 and still have the exact same issue. Ryan assured me that he would call me on Monday with a price on the parts and work with me with getting the job completed. Today is Wednesday, August 27, and I have yet to receive a callback. I’m really BIG on customer service. Ryan dropped the ball. I stopped in at CarX and the mechanic said he was off today.
Ryan never took ownership of the problem, never followed up, and basically left me thinking CarX is totally incompetent with providing good customer service and quality workmanship.
I read CarX posted Mission:
“TO PROVIDE SUCH AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS THAT OUR CONTINUED SUCCESS IS ASSURED BY THEIR RECOMMENDATION TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS”
I can’t recommend CarX to anyone. I wouldn’t want them to encounter the same or any bad experiences.
UPDATE: 8/28/25, after I stopped in at CarX yesterday, I still have not received a call back today. No follow-up done tells me, CarX has no intention on providing good customer satisfaction.
UPDATE: 9/18/25, I took my car to Lou Fusz Service and they took care of me! Fixed the issue with my car. No one from CarX has reached out to me. I don’t care what this marketing manager says..no one has reached out to me. I believe this is an auto generated response because I see it on the other reviews. Car-X is trash!

Fast, great and kind service! I walked in (without appointment) at around 8:30am for inspections, thinking it was gonna be a long wait. Luckily, they didn’t have an appointment until 9am and since I only needed the Emissions, they took me in right away and was done before 9am! The employees were very kind and helpful, one of the best customer service I’ve experienced since a while. Highly recommend it and of course I will be returning for future services!
