I am always amazed with how efficient this bank is. It has one of the best customer service teams of any bank where I have accounts. I can actually speak to someone when I need to do so, I can use my ATM card anywhere in the country without fees.....I make transfers in and out of my account, and I never have difficulties like I have with Bank of America or Bank of The West. I closed my Bank of The West account and am closing down my Bank of America accounts and will focus my banking with Carrollton.It actually is a pleasure to do business with them. I hope their model does not change; that would be a shame.

Our business has been a customer of Carrollton Bank for many years and has always had the best customer service experience with the tellers and bankers. Dalton, our business banker at Carrollton provided exceptional customer service to our business when we needed help with business loans during this COVID-19 pandemic. He made us feel like we were the only one he was working with when we know he was incredibly busy. I cannot recommend him and Carrollton Bank enough to small businesses.

After several months as a customer at Carrollton Bank I can report that the staff of this branch is routinely courteous and knowledgeable. Each of the five people I have interacted with was confident in his or her job and was able to answer questions about the policies of the bank. Further, the answers correspond to the succinct and easily understood printed materials provided with new accounts. The fee structure seems rational and designed to facilitate success in managing the account without the customer needing to stay constantly aware of the fine print. Clearly, a community bank should partner with its customers in pursuit of each other's prosperity. The success of this branch is attested to by the lively and positive atmosphere one experiences when interacting with its representatives and the efficiency with which one may execute banking tasks. Online and mobile banking is available as one would expect. For everything outside the routine, local service seems outstanding.

Excellent service by Maggie (ladybug) each time I've been there. I have been there 3 times & the Alton branch once. Maggie is professional, yet personable. The tellers at the Alton location were snobbish and acted as though they were doing me a favor by waiting on me. I will only go to the Murdoch location and let Ms. Maggie help

I come in here very intermittently. Everyone there knows my name when I walk in. It really reminds me of old time customer service. It makes me feel secure in the era of identity theft. They also respected my parents poa. Many banks won't do that even ones where I know the Vice Presidents. As I get older and consolidate accounts they will get more and more of my business.

Hey, this bank and more importantly its employees are like an old time bank in the way that you are known by name and face... not an account or the commas in your acct. The problem solving, customer service, fairness and loyalty are unequivocally the best in town! Larry S. left a terrible review about this bank but DON'T let that persuade you bc it is clear that he HAS NEVER, EVER BANKED HERE! It is the antithesis of what he has stipulated in his post. Must be a BOA customer.... LOL.

I go in on Friday to pay my rent,landlord calls me 2 days later saying she never recieved the money,nothing I can do since this is a saturday but I urge you this.Make sure you keep your receipts because apperantly,they dont pay much attention as they should smh.
