Right when I walked in the door the staff immediately greeted me & were more than willing to help me find what I was looking for. While shopping around and just browsing the store the staff weren’t overbearing, giving me enough space to check out practically every single cute little baby outfit at my own pace but they were always right there anytime I had a question or needed assistance. They only minor thing that could have made this experience better was the fact that right when I pulled up I saw a big ladder in the front display window causing me to almost not go in because I thought they were closed for construction or something? Other than that it was perfect & the clothes were precious with decent prices.

Smaller than I expected and they really only have clothes. I didn't know, I thought they had more baby accessories like bags but there was a sale and I got some great stuff for a good price. No complaints on service. Thank you

Really poor service! Came in with brand new baby to exchange a few items manager was super unhelpful to new trainee. Visit took twice as long as it should have because of manager. Won’t come back to this Carter’s again.

I love carters and always buy online. After visiting this store I remember why. The associate working was not friendly or helpful at all. I had a complicated transaction and the associate immediately rolled her eyes at me and acted exasperated. The associate's attitude was awful and since she was no help at all, I eventually just gave up and left the store.
