I have been going to the cat clinic now for a few years and they always take great care of my cat. Dr. C and staff are always very honest about the conditions my cat is experiencing, provide options for treatment and listen to my concerns/questions. I recommend the cat clinic to all my friends in the stl area with cats!

The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Cacciottoli is terrific, she genuinely cares about making sure the patients have as stress free a visit as possible, and spends a good amount of time explaining to anxious kitty parents as well. Her pricing is reasonable, and the support staff are all great. I definitely recommend Cat Clinic for your fur babies needs!
EDIT: Dr. Cacciottoli is actually a wizard, I'm convinced! She removed a mast call tumor from our elderly kitty who has basically no platelets...and with her follow-up instructions, our boy came through just fine and has a great prognosis now! We are so grateful to Dr. C and her wonderful staff!

I used to think very highly of them but when you need them the most they won’t return your calls or emails. Wouldn’t return mine while my cat was hospitalized or after his death until I left this google review.
Also in response to their google review reply they did not call me there is no voicemail and they're right it hasn't quite been 48 hours but I guarantee you they had no intention of responding to me until they saw this review and I am not lashing out my cat. They did not contact me and had no intention of doing so, then leave a public response trying to discredit me and attack my character WITHIN an hour of me writing this review so clearly they weren't that busy I was just ignored.

Cat Clinic is fantastic!! Dr. C and the staff always take great care of our cat whenever we have taken her in, even finding time to give extra snuggles when the patient will sit still long enough. Thank you for all you do!

The Cat Clinic is amazing! I love a practice completely focused on cats. The doctors are skilled caring for cats, and the entire staff is “cat focused”. I know my cat boys are getting the most knowledgeable care possible

Very good job to the ladies of Cat Clinic, and I mean the entire staff. Their receptionist is so kind and does her due diligence to make sure you know what is being paid for or what might come up during scheduled procedures (came in 6/6/24.) The vet techs are all very knowledgeable as well. I brought my sweet daughter MOXIE in to be checked over after she had escaped our home for 8 days :’(
That was the WORST week of my entire adult life. I was very worried about my cat, even after finally finding her and getting her back into the house.
Moxie’s doctor found that she had damaged her canine tooth while away, and after giving me all the options available for her, we decided to extract the tooth to she would not be in anymore pain.
I can stay with full confidence that my cat is feeling much much better after having this procedure. She was not herself still when I brought her home but we are both so much more at ease. I am so, so grateful for the office’s expertise and we will return for a future visits :) thank you so SOO much for helping my girl. You all did a great job from consultation to bringing her home. Very, very good job!!

The most patient, fearless and encouraging vet I have ever seen. My cat is a bit spicy……a lot actually and they never make us feel bad or send us away. They are AMAZING! I cannot recommend enough.

They are simple nothing but the best. I have a heavily vet aggressive cat and she’s been denied being seen by multiple vets. Stl cat clinic were the first people to offer a medication option to attempt to calm her down. They didn’t turn me or my cat away. This was a major thing for me. I’m aware my cat is not a great patient and she is definitely not anyone’s favorite but, the biggest thing is the communication in trying to find a way to calm down my cat and make a safe vet visit for both her and the staff means the world. Not to mention the lovely card I got after having to put my kitten down. They only saw her once’s but they still sent a card and it made the day alittle better for my family. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a more personal vet experience with their cats.

I would like to start with I never leave bad reviews anywhere but I feel like I have to. For starters, I switched to Cat Clinic because it was cats only and I felt like it would be better because they should specialize in cats and not have to deal with dogs when they were already scared (not that they have past issues). Plus they had great reviews. The office cats there are way worse than any dog i have had to deal with at the vet. All 4-5 vet trips there I had to deal with the office cats trying to attack my cats in their crate and they don't ever really do anything about it. I love cats and am glad they are homing some but they should know cats are territorial and they should be kept in the back. Then my cat got sick with FIC which is stress induced from us moving. He was sick due to stress and had to go to 2 days in a row even though the second trip he never was even taken out of the crate or put in a room. We talked to the vet in the waiting room while fighting off office cats (she did eventually put the cats in back this visit after they wouldnt give up). Went back with both cats for their annual and because the cat who was sick was having issues with not going in his litter box for the first time in his life after the fic flare up. They again said it was stress induced and was way more worried about tartar on their teeth. She wanted be to do bloodwork and then bring them back, put them under anesthesia for dental cleanings. Both cats are only 4 years old at this time, but fine, it was expensive but i was willing to do it only after the stress/pooping on the floor issue was resolved. They did the pre-procedure bloodwork which i paid for and put down a deposit for the procedure and scheduled it a few weeks out. About 5 days before the procedure is scheduled, my cat is finally seeming normal again, i decided i wanted to push it out a few weeks, so i called to reschedule it because i wanted to give him more time which i assumed they would understand but i was wrong. All I wanted to do was push it out but i was given total attitude about it that the doctor knows better about what the cats need. It was very off putting so I just canceled the whole thing, losing my deposit and just being done with the cat clinic. Fast forward 6 months later, I take them into a new vet to get established and mention the tarter and she said in exam that both of them have very little tarter and that a dental would be very unnecessary. Turns out cat clinic all seemed to just be a money grab. I see that they have a lot of good reviews but that was never my experience there. I drove 20 min each way to get there and really wanted to like it there but unfortunately that was not the case.

Dr. Cacciottoli and her team have exceptional clinical skills and provide compassionate care to my cats AND me. Whether I'm making end of life decisions for my geriatric babies or trying to foster bonds with my previously feral furry children, I calm myself knowing my babies are I are in the best hands possible. I'm thankful for them all!

All the doctors and staff at STL Cat Clinic are caring and helpful. They were very nice to me and even though i cried when they took a blood sample they gave me treats afterward so it was fine.-Tigger, the cat

My 2nd visit here with my senior cat Mr Smokey and am happy with the care he received. After having experienced other veterinary clinics who see multiple types of animals I feel he has better attention and care at this clinic because their focus is on cats. The staff is very knowledgeable.
