I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!

I just used Central for the 3rd or 4th time. I trust them more than anyone and was very happy this time.
I had to pay for an item out of pocket and it could have been much more costly, but Teresa listened to my thoughts and came up with an awesome alternative solution
I’ll be back and recommend more than anyone else out there

They didn’t look at their work. Clearly the underlining light of the left driver side light is not on, I will be contacting USSA & the auto shop to get it fixed

Very nice team and excellent customer service. However, not an affordable option for many drivers. I have a dented, partially separated bumper underneath the headlight which had a shattered lens. I was hoping they would offer to repair the bumper but instead, they wanted replace the entire thing. Which, would boost my total to more than $2650 and take up to 3 weeks to finish. Nice people, but I wish they'd offer to actually fix auto parts instead of just replacing everything. Another place quoted me $1500 to repair the bumper and the headlight.

I was directed to Central Auto Body for the replacement of a headlight on my car. Apparently replacing headlights can be quite a challenge, yet they were very reasonable, nice, and quick too!

There are many things that are out of our hands in life, so I do want to take that into consideration with this review.
I brought my truck in to get an estimate on the damages that I had received on the driver side front bumper fender. I was told what day to bring my truck in. It was several days before there was any information given to me or updates made. Eventually, I found out that they did not see all of the damages that were on the truck during initial inspection and had to order another part.
When that part came, it was damaged and they had to get a replacement part. I only knew this, because I had to call to find out the status of my truck.
The next part came in and they sent it to be painted. When going to assemble everything, they looked at a part and realized that it also was damaged. So they had to order another part and wait for it. Again, the only way I knew this was because I called yet again to find out the status of my truck.
The craftsmanship of their work on the vehicle was good. And they gave it a wash to make it look nice when I got it back. But the communication around the timeline for getting things fixed could definitely use some improvement. Overall, my truck was in their shop for 2 1/2 weeks after the date I was told to bring it in.

Customer service was excellent! We had hail damage with our RAV4 and they took the time to explain the process and kept us updated. The front desk receptionist lady was so kind!

We recently had two vehicles, with bad hail damage repaired here. One needed major repair work & the other was a lot of PDR. The jobs were completed in a very timely manner & the workmanship is incredible. I would highly recommend Central Auto Body to anyone out there looking for a great body repair shop. Chris Homer the estimator/advisor was awesome to work with. The moment I pulled into the very well landscaped parking lot you could just tell this place would do high quality work & take pride in what they do. Thank you to Chris, the technicians, & the rest of the team at Central Auto Body! Top notch service & repairs.

All the employees of Central Auto Body were very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of checking in and out was easy and they kept me informed every step of the way. My car was finished earlier than promised and it looked like new. I highly recommend Central Auto Body.

Joe has done a great job with the estimate and scheduling for hail damage to my car. They open at 7:30 am, which was very convenient for receiving a prompt rental car after dropping mine off here. See video and photo.
