I was with Bhawna Jain at the Clayton, Mo branch & she has truly helped me change my financial situation in just less than 3 months. Central bank has the best service and I would recommend anyone to become a part of the family. If you are already apart of the family then you know haha!

The young man that helped today, helped me t GG e last time I came inside the bank. He was very friendly and very nolagable about everything I asked. His name was Jason Range Lee. Please let him know that I appreciated the way he handled my business for me today. Will request him the next time I have to come inside for something.

We love Central Bank! Eric Zegel did a fantastic job helping us close on our first house with minor hiccups. He made the process smooth & made sure we knew our options. He also explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Eric if you’re a first time home buyer!

Horrible customer service, had me standing without offering me a chair for over 20 minutes before/until I said something, clerk who I first approached was rude when I told her I wanted to make a withdrawal could I get a slip she ID I said yeah can I get a withdrawal slip she ID I said don't I still need a withdrawal slip she I need to look up your account so I know which form to give you, I'm like really?, it's a checking account. And it only went downhill from there ... They used to be much better at the Clayton branch.

I recently opened an account here and it was a HUGE mistake. First off, their ATM doesn't function every day and I was never able to deposit a check, even though it says it can accept checks. Then for the final blow, a friend gave me a check from his uncle to cash. I deposited it for him with plenty of money in my account to cover all of the amount written on it. Two days later I tried to use my debit card and it was cancelled. No phone call, no email, no text from the bank. These guys cancelled my account without notice due to the fact my friend's check was written on an account recently closed. I go into the back, spoke with a teller and he said he would reopen my account. He lied. Poor communication and they never got stuck with a single cent, yet treated me like a criminal. Never again do business with them.

Tried to cancel my count, twice, and it's still open and charging me $5 a month service fee. I'm now going to have to physically go in for the 3rd time to cancel....PARKING: park in garage, and they will validate so you can exit without paying $10 parking fee.
