I’ve had several interactions with Ritika Agarwalla and have found her to be exceptional. She’s great with customers, smart, responsive, energetic and great with following up.We moved a few of our accounts from Bank of America (where the service has gotten terrible) and have found Central Bank to be exceptional so far - every aspect from their website to their personnel.

Without question, the worst bank in Missouri. The staff are incompetent. The manager of the ladue branch ( Conway and Clayton) was a former assistant manager of a Burger King. No disrespect, but this is a large responsibility of a ladue bank manager from a small town fast food restaurant. That said, Logan shih, the manager of the bank, single handedly frightened my parent with cognitive impairment into a false reality. According to our Attny, Logan was “sloppy” with company procedures and caused undue paranoia and confusion. The bank refused to accept notarized Power of attorney paperwork delivered by the attorney, and claimed they “don’t need to honor such paperwork.” Logan called my dad who has cognitive impairment about EVERY SINGLE AUTOMATIC PAYMENT every day because she needed to “verify he was aware of the payment” when he has cognitive impairment!? He couldn’t recall setting up autopay 20 years ago with utility companies and credit cards, so she stopped payment! DO NOT use this bank. It’s an utter joke

I was so pleased working with Ritika Agarwalla. My account had been hacked, and she helped me through the process. I am so glad I opened my Accounts at Central Bank. The people at Centra Bank in Ladue are the reason I choose to bank with a local bank. I’m greeted by name every time I arrive, they go out of their way to ensure my needs are met, and I’m always left with a smile. If you’re looking for a banking resource, this is the one!

Jean was a pleasure to work with. Not only on a professional level, but felt personal too. She broke every detail down for us to understand, and was always available when we had questions. She did an amazing job helping us get all the credits available from the seller. and rates for our new home. Let me first say, every encounter I’ve had at the Clayton Road location has been a pleasure! But when it came time for me to open my business account, Alex was extremely accommodating!
