this was the worst experience with any trucking company ever. Not a single person in the call center can understand english, nor do they seem to enjoy their job. they talk to you rudely, and are incompetent of getting you in contact with the right people.If you are trying to ship something as little at 85lbs, don’t go with these guys, never ship with them. the guy in the terminal doesn’t even answer his phone for christ sake. 480$ for shipping. for what? for the delivery date to be pushed back daily? starting to think these guys lost or stole my package, hell the “customer service” talks like a scam center!! never understood why someone would try and get in-between a man and his money… i’ll be sure to open up the package with them standing there incase of damage, keep in mind, this was a 2800$ part, with +480$ shipping- i’ll be getting every dime!

Inconsiderate drivers who park on the fuel pump, not even getting fuel, so they can go into McDonalds. He could of at least pulled forward so that someone could get fuel, but nope, lazy. Ridiculous

Delivery scheduled twice and was not delivered twice. Waited home all day for delivery twice. No one called, just no show. Waited 15 days for my order, but still no delivery. Home Depot should fire this company. UPDATE: After nearly a month, still no delivery of my item. Central Transport says they do not know where my item is, as I continued to wait for delivery. I had to get a refund from Home Depot. I had no control over who shipped my item. This shipper should clearly NOT be in business, as they cannot do their job. Sad and frustrating. I would give zero stars if I could.

Super terrible and hurts small businesses to get anything deliveredGo to any other store and hire a company that can get stuff done. This one will not do anything for you and make u end up in court with your customers. Terrible and not worth it!

After making 3 appointments because they had different issues, the first one being that they had too many drivers call in, the next one the lift gate broke, I call on the 3rd appointment day (and several other days between) to confirm delivery was still happening on that day. I get informed my item is missing!!! It’s a riding mower. How in the world do you lose a riding mower? After they tell us this and start the “dock checks” to try to locate it my husband and I started looking up the company and their reviews online. This has happened repeatedly. Some people never get their items. Most of the time the people had ordered from **** ***** like we had and Central Transport is who they used to ship the items. I after 2 and a half weeks of waiting for something to arrive have finally gotten a refund from Home Depot and they will deal with Central Transport. Be very careful when having large items shipped to you.

I have never had worse customer service ever, each day they change the delivery date. Then they said it was delivered only to find out they delivered it to another shipper, NSD, which believe it or not is even worse. Call HD to cancel order and was told they couldn’t because it had shipped. NSD won’t answer phone calls, was on hold for 1 hour before giving up, waiting now for a callback from NSD headquarters, over an hour again and no callback. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES IF YOU WANT YOUR DELIVERY

If i could give it no stars i would. Still waiting on getting money from damaged freight since Sept 2021. They keep telling me they are reviewing the claim but get no other information. BEWARE

Do not use Central Transport. They took over 7 weeks to deliver a shipment, stole product out of the boxes, and denied the claim for their theft. Pictures were taken of the missing product while the driver was still on site, and yet Central still denied the claim. They are a criminal company

Sorry, but we are extremely unhappy with this shipment not getting done as they said it would. Please tell us why it did not get delivered to the Tint people when it was up in Utah the 3rd? They never received it for their outing on the 7th, which is totally unacceptable. Bad Deal for sure.

Saw some lousy reviews, so I was nervous when I saw my recent delivery from Home Depot was sent via Central Transport. Obviously, some people have had lousy experiences, but mine was quick and easy. I bought a 300-pound woodworking machine from Home Depot. I got a phone call the day before the delivery telling me when to expect the driver. He was here on time, and my jointer was delivered without any issue.
