Asked for a pair of Air Force Ones the guy says okay sure goes to the back, so I wait no more then 5 minutes later the guy comes from the back of the store and walks around at the front entrance does not say anything to me, as we are waiting thinking maybe someone else went to find the shoes some other worker asks what we are waiting for so we then tell this worker the shoes we are looking for and this guy also does the same thing as the first so we just leave and as we leave the first goofy guy has the audacity to say bye have a good day, would not recommend this location for shoes , terrible employees if the manager had a brain they would fire them!

Great selection and that's the only good thing a out champs in Soco.Workers that work there don't, they kind of hang out chatting on their phones and aren't concerned with if you found shoes you like or might want to try on (they might not even care if your there?

We had a staff member who really went above and beyond, he didn't have on a name tag, but he has olive skin, with a pony tail and he put up with my 15 yr old Son who wears a size 13 shoe whom was undecided on what he wanted within the price range of what his Grandfather was willing to pay. I know for a fact this staff member was tired of my Son's indecisiveness, however he just kept on being a great help, until we left without anything my Son was interested in. Thank you for your patience young Sir. You most definitely deserve a raise?????

This store is a joke, both tyler and noah are very sneed. I spent 30k in the south county store in 2021. Was told today that i couldnt try a shoe on to make sure it fit, that i had to buy the shoe first. When i asked if it was a company policy i was told no, that the store manager decided that she doesnt want ppl to try things on. This is the most obsurd thing i have ever heard of. Wont be long and nike will pull out of champs stores too, and they will go out of buisness like footaction. I will no longer do buisness with a company that does things like. And trust me, this info will be passed thru the sneakerhead community quickly, seeing that i have been shopping at these stores since before most of the employees were even born. Hope personal rules by store managers was worth the lose of a very solid customer.

Awesome service and got a better deal and better condition shoe than finish line who I usually go to you now have a new loyal customer thank you guys..
