I had an amazing experience with this Chase Bank location. I had a stressful situation regarding identity theft, and the entire staff was extremely dedicated to solving my issue. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and took my concerns very seriously. A special shoutout to Mica, the branch manager, who sat on the phone with Chase for nearly 40 minutes to help me!

Just wanted to praise the Chase Employees at Covenant Blu, St Louis. We opened our business account with Brennan Tolle, and the team just had a great understanding of what we needed and with the direction of Mica McGothin. We were instantly greeted with enthusiasm by Ivan Jerkovic!! Will continue to do business at this location.

I had wonderful today at chase bank,The relationship manager Mr Brandon little was very customer centric,I went there for opening bank account as college student, everything very well explained, wonderful banking experience with chase, Really appreciate the efforts for outstanding service.
