I can’t buy anything here because i am carrying a bag. I walked to the gas station and got turned away for having a bag. Whats the point of having a security officer then. Whats the difference between a bag a purse. Totally lost my business bc i can’t conveniently walk there and have my stuff with me. It’s really ashame.

This store is closed every time We come here they say we are closed It is 2 o’clock on Saturday and they closed . The crazy part about it is me and my son walk up to the door and They let their friends in to get what they need but not paying customers this is unacceptable, and whoever owns this gas station should know what’s going on in their establishment. Either hire some people that care or just close down the gas station stop wasting people time.

I tried to stop by this Circle k at 10:30 but they were closed for a shift change, I tried again at Midnight and they were still closed while you could see the worker inside wiping down counters. Highly unacceptable. It does not take 2hrs for a shift change.

They close in the evenings and use the window when they get around to it Not 24 hours as far as going inside from 8 pm until 7 am.

I work security near by for overnight and any time I come here the door is always locked and can’t get any gas. I come from the east side and all the circle ks stay open and have there doors unlocked for the public the entire day. At this location there is always a lady telling people that they are closed. It doesn’t look like anything is going to change. The “owner” is under these comments like they are going to help but don’t seem like it. I know it has something to do with crime in this particular area because like I said I’m security and I deal with it everyday but how about getting armed guards there to help with that.

This location is not 24 hours it is 3:56am the girl with the bonnet is walking around the store not servicing gas customers. Don’t waste your time stopping.

Not 24-7. Went at 12 am and found that they only sell gas and tobacco between 7:30pm and 6:30am. Don't come here between those hours.

Poor customer service at best. Also false advertising going on here. Every time I go I feel disrespected by the rude comments from employees and security. I signed up for Sip N Save when last available for $10 and only got the first day's drink. The second and multiple times thereafter I was told my phone number wasn't in the system. And prior to downloading the app with my new number they advertised the first five Polar Pops free upon download. I've yet to receive any. The app and in person experiences are annoying at best!

The outrageous behavior of the assistant manager on the second shift at 8:30 pm at location 35 S. Grand the saint Louis University location was beyond disrespectful and racist like I have never seen in my 40 plus years this location needs to be shut down and restaffed to say the least from closing the store early to poor customer service.

They are rude as hell and wouldn't allow me to buy with my MILITARY ID because they haven't seen one before and it's not in their little book of drivers licenses. This company needs to do better with educating employees on acceptable forms of ID and how to be a tad bit nicer to customers. When I tried to show them that military IDs are acceptable per their state standards they refused to accept it. Needless to say I couldn't make the purchase and was incredibly frustrated.
