Seems good to me. Bathrooms are clean. There's a security guard on hand which apparently is warranted although it doesn't seem to be that bad of an area. I found a bag of my favorites chili limon pork rinds which are getting harder and harder to find so I'm happy

Nice clean store with a huge parking lot and carwash. Fuel prices are usually average for the area.

Great friendly service at 6am it was nice to have someone smiling and laughing interacting with the customers. That's rare these days so it was very refreshing.
