I would rate this store a 0 if I could. They hire the worst people to run their store. I've giving this location several times to correct their behavior throughout the course of 10 years and it continues to go down. The race doesn't matter. I've been disrespected by all shades at this store

Paid for a car wash told couldn’t get a refund. Went to another one and I went to 3 other ones they all were out service as well. So yeah they took my money because why not just give me my refund.

If only the owner of this place knew how much business they miss out on by closing the inside and giving their workers too much license to post a "back in 15 minutes" sign. Only to come back in who knows how many minutes. Is it 15 minutes from when I walked up, have 10 minutes passed, and I only have 5 minutes to wait? Or, is it that 15 minutes means nothing and the worker is never coming? Just close it at night and stop the nonsense because I can get a soda or whatever from down the street and not have to worry about waiting. Two stars because they are alright when they are open. But the closing the inside at night... just close the store entirely.

Worst Customer service I have ever received at any place in this area. Employees ignorant ASF!! Even the manager is ignorant ASF. I had to walk out of there because of one of the cashiers. They treat people like they are inconvenience because they have to work. Use to go there all the time, but I will not spend my money there ever again. More need to stop going there. Once they realize that we help contribute to their salaries, then maybe they will do better. Also, they sell outdated snack cakes, and have iffy store hours. Ghetto is too good of a word for them.

The customer appreciation event lowered the price of gas to $2.45 a gallon plus additional coupons for buy on get one free food and drinks.
The clerks were so helpful, friendly and professional.

Every time I go to the circle k gas station on New florissant road in ferguson missouri I have an issue. Horrible, just horrible service ! The cashiers working there are not trained on the duties of their job properly. The manager is just ghetto PERIOD! I use this circle k because they are the closest to my home, but will definitely be traveling down to the circle k on highway 270 and New florissant road OR to the highway 70 and lucas and hunt location from now on. I like circle k gas station because they give me a 10 cent off per gallon discount gas card, also my cigarettes are much cheaper. But I highly recommend anyone not using the circle k in ferguson. I've had multiple occurrences of dissatisfaction when using this particular location. It's just a shame how they run this location.
