I recently had to deal with a death in the family and disbursement of a trust, I was helped by a nice young man named Messab Ismail, he helped me through the process and made the entire matter a lot easier to deal with, I will always keep an account with CNB because of that, in a time when everything is fast moving and stressful, CNB and Messab were a great asset to me. Several members of my family have been using this bank for at least a half-century. I, too, have had accounts here for most of my life. It really feels like a neighborhood bank, which just isn't typically the case with banks these days. The tellers at CNB are always great, and the personal bankers I have been working with over the last couple of years, in particular Chelsea and Cyndi, have been so helpful and good-humored, that I cannot recommend this bank highly enough. Whether it is with checking, savings, work involving an estate, or as a POA, I am a completely satisfied customer.

CNB has consistently provided us with outstanding services since we started our operations in St. Louis 7 years ago. We love banking with CNB and have been for over 30 years. Courtney Patterson is a pro and always looks out for our best interest. Everybody from the top down is great and helpful and always helps us get things done quickly. If you are a small to medium size business you should be banking with CNB.

I have banked with Citizens National Bank for approximately 10 years and during that time Colby Schmid and Courtney Patterson have always handled our accounts with professionalism, precision, and courtesy. Despite me not keeping bankers hours, they have responded when needed, and helped things get done promptly during my business hours, which are all the time! In a time of depersonalized services the CNB team is very personal and personable.
