Very well organized and high quality clothing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is such a large variety of clothing that you could get lost in a shopping wonderland.

As a plus size woman, I was expecting to not be able to find anything I could wear, and especially nothing I could afford! Instead, I walked out of the store with an outfit for a fancy event feeling confident in both my choice of outfit and the price I paid. Amazing store. Kind staff. Will definitely go back.

Not only does Clothes Mentor have a great variety of clothing and a friendly staff, but organizationally they have been so generous with our nonprofit that supports survivors of sexual violence through music therapy - partnering for events, arranging gift cards for clients, and being a supportive community presence! Found some cute clothes but pricey for resale. I found a coat I somewhat liked but asked if they could take off a few more dollars because it was full of cat hair that needed dry cleaning for sure. Besides that it actually had dirty tissue paper in the pockets. I would have paid the price for the coat if wasn't so dirty. It also wasn't a high end brand at all. It was xside which was originally $55.00 new.

Walked in and no greeting, no can I help you or anything! It gave racist! Unprofessional! Wouldn’t get my black dollars! 0/10 I do not recommend! If I could zero stars I would!!
🚨🚨🚨 I will never be back! Your employee’s supposed to greet everybody! Not pick and choose! I was very serious!!! Right is right and wrong is wrong!! I’ll even show up so you can see me and run the tapes!! No greeting, but they greeted others after me!!
I feel like instead of arguing how my experience was, the owner should have been more apologetic. But instead it was very defensive about my experience.

Walked in a heard a rap song that was vulgar and walked right back out.
Probably should take into consideration what people would like to listen to while browsing might keep people in the store longer

This is my go-to clothing store any time I’m looking for a new outfit or some seasonal adds to my wardrobe. They carry good quality pieces at great prices. They also have an extensive size range up to 3x, shoes, bags including designer, and jewelry. It’s resale, but great quality!

Found a cool pair of Freebird heels once but I sold stuff the other day and they didn’t take my nice Lululemon but they took a pair of jeans with a hole in the butt?😂

Not sure what that lousy review is all about. The workers are nice and attentive. The blonde and presumptive manager was very supportive and eager to help. Truly the best high-end retail shop in St. Louis.

went shopping here today, heard the blonde lady (manager i think) was talking to one of her employees about her relationship and was talking VERY innapropriately... ive also witnessed her talking down on her employees on several occasion's... im done shopping here until someone stands up and puts her in her place!
