Nice store. Friendly employees. Cute purses, wallets, key chains. They also sell luggage and sunglasses here. That being said, only shop here if you have a lot of money to waste on fashion accessories.

Don't go there employees are very rude. If you try to return something you paid cash for the will not give you cash or store credit the send a check that takes 4-6 weeks to come.

Kelsey is the absolute best! The whole staff has been amazing, I work in the mall and they are probably tired of seeing me pop in on my break to think about buying this or that, but Kelsey helped me get this fabulous Gotham Brief which was a part of the Mother’s Day Sale! Absolute top notch service here, and very friendly associates!

Beautiful store! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a really friendly girl. She was so nice and actually helped me get my phone working better. Everywhere I looked I saw something I wanted! But, I didn't need anything at the moment, but I will certainly be back! Great store with wonderful staff and beautiful merchandise!

Well as much as I Love Coach I had to give them four stars ?. I decided to go physically into a Coach store searching for Men Coach belt.."C" buckle just for pricing. And they did have a couple literally meaning only two of that style. But the thing that was a little more disappointing is that as nice as this location was even in a high rent area if you know what I mean I was disappointed that the store had mostly merchandise geared toward only women. And my thought was I guess they don't think or consider that (men)..well We also like to shop. Online for Coach store is perfect for Men accessories but physical stores seem to have just put Men on the back burner. So I was surprised but I do hope that Coach would maybe in the future consider in your physical store we (Men) also like to shop. The store and location is flawless as far as look. Its worth a visit..for Men don't expect much...?

I called in to inquire about my order that was place over 10 days and the manager Jenna was very kind to help me out by tracking the order. She let me know that the reason why its taking so long to ship was because the store was closed for a week. We need more manager like this to help guests out. Very great customer service.

Being a personal trainer, I give lululemon a lot of business. I've had positive experiences online and most of the time in store. However, recently I was treated so poorly that I decided to write a review. I've come in several times to return online orders. I had accidentally purchased two of the same items, on different days, different orders altogether (never got a confirmation for the first order, so ordered another, just to find that I now had two orders in...). When I came in to return, I had the order information up on my lululemon app, showed the cashier, and assumed a return would be underway. The two order mishap was confusing to him, he couldn't figure it out, and essentially berated me for coming in with an online return and no physical receipt. Aside from the mansplaining, my issue wasn't even resolved; my return was given back to me for store credit and I was treated completely differently than those coming in purchasing products from the store (and I shouldn't have been). Not a fan of workers acting like they're god's gift to the world because they work at lululemon. You just work at a lululemon. I went down the hall to Athleta and was taken care of immediately by 3 employees. Hope this helps! I prefer the West County Lululemon pop up better. The people are much nicer.
