Never had any bad interactions with the folks at this branch. They have gone above and beyond to make my personal banking a great experience. From the personal bankers to the tellers and even the branch manager, all have helped me grow my small business over the years as well. They are very knowledgeable and polite every time I step foot in the branch.

Good bank. Not the friendliest. I like the convenience of this bank in south county, close to home. Do not buy foreign currency at Commerce. They charge a 10% fee. That is crazy high. Go to a different bank for this. Check around. Some banks charge nothing except a small delivery fee if you do it online.

I have been a customer for many, many years. Have never had an issue till this year. Commerce IRA Department has withdrawn funds from my IRA on two occasions without approval from me and does not know where my money has been transferred. Happened in March and now in May. I get the excuse that the IRA Department is short handed. Seriously? I am still waiting for resolution to this issue. They refer me to the Oakville Branch but they cannot do anything on their own. The Private Banker that helped me in March is trying to assist me this go around. She is wonderful. Today, I was once again told-we have to wait to hear from the IRA Department. Totally unacceptable.

I have their credit card. My wife applied for one and was approved. She hasn't received hers in 12 days after it was mailed out. She went to the bank on telegraph to make sure they had her correct address on file and was told it was more than an hour wait even though only 3 people was in line. They were very racist telling her that because she's Asian.

So tired of overdraft fees when i set my accounts up not to have them tired of your pos app that doesnt work half the time your pos atms that you gotta insert your card in twice cause you have a chip and you dont count cash when deposited until the next day when deposit in an atm after hours i need a new bank and i suggest anyone considering commerce for their bank choose another option

This location has a drive thru moving at a snails' pace. Every single time. Not convenient in the least.

Their hours are not consistent on google maps and my app versus when they are actually open. I took off work early yesterday to get here before 5 since that when it says it closes only to be told they closed at 4 when I drove up. Now I am sitting here in like at 9 and they don't open until 9:30. I am in a time crunch due to closing on a house and they are making this extremely difficult for people who work to get their banking needs taken care of.

This is the worst location. The employees are rude. Whoever pulls up to the window always gets waited on first no matter if you have been there waiting. I don't recommend banking here. My family and I wont be much longer.
