I was recently recommended to this place, and I’m so glad I followed through. The team was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They helped me get a replacement phone quickly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, keeping me updated every step of the way. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and efficient. They were not only helpful, but also very understanding of my situation and made me feel completely taken care of. I’ll absolutely be coming back for any future tech needs.

Very, very helpful. My Apple Watch wouldn’t pair with my new phone because I had forgotten to “unpair” from my old phone before I did a factory reset. They figured it out. Thank you

We brought in our daughter's apple laptop because it wasn't responding and the battery was having issues. They were beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent 30 minutes with us troubleshooting and even chatted with our daughter on the phone (while she was at school) to teach her how to save space on her laptop so it would function better. He was honest, courteous and did not "sales pitch" us (which we truly appreciated). He got her laptop functioning to get her through the end of the school year and we definitely plan on coming back to purchase a new laptop from them for her to take to college next year. So happy we found this place!

My I-Mac was running so slowly I wanted to pull my hair out. Computer solutions walked me through all the options. They fixed my computer for a very reasonable price and kept me informed every step of the way. My I-Mac is running like new, and this was such an easy, painless process. We recently brought our MacBook Pro to Computer Solutions for a diagnostics check and upgrade to MacOS Monterey. Again, we received above-and-beyond service from Michael Fountain, who provided technical "translation" for a 71-year-old (me!) Computer Solutions technicians were thorough and beyond responsive. Nice work!

So glad I went to Computer Solutions. My old Macbook took ill, and it didn't look good. I wasn't sure if it could be saved. I want to avoid the madhouse of the Apple Stores, so I took it to Computer Solutions which is a Apple Authorized . No lines, prompt service, helpful experts in a quiet atmosphere. After they looked at it, with they gave me a thorough evaluation - no pressure. I decided to purchase a new one. The service charge was applied to the cost of the new one, and they got me a little money on the old one. They helped me decide what to buy. When I picked up my new Macbook it was ready to go - seamless. All my files and accounts were loaded onto the new ones. They went over everything with me, making a few suggestions for security and maintenance, and answered all my questions. I took it home and picked up where I left off. No need to spend hours getting the new one set up. The only way I'll buy a Mac from now on.
