It seems all the Concentra Urgent facilities I've gone to are horrible. My grandson had an appointment at 12 noon, it is not 2:24pm and he's not out yet. They are useless. You get on your job and this is where they send you. When my grandson finally came out 3:10pm he said the girl at reception did not enter him into the computer. He said the other lady looking at him but did not ask him if he needed help checking in. This is so unacceptable. Fire your reception team and hire people who actually care about patients. They also lied about the time he was seen and exited. He arrived at 11:50am, his appointment was for 12noon, he did get called until 2:55pm. I will never go there again. Concentra put his time as 2:41pn in and 3:00pm out. So unprofessional here.

For me it was a 10/10 because as soon as I fill out the paper it didn’t take long for them to get to me, they did it quick and next second I’m already finished.

From the moment I got there they were very nice and professional. I had to get a physical as well as drug test. They made it fun and relaxing.

The receptionist was outwardly rude and not helpful at all. After waiting 2hrs I was then taken back and informed one of the vaccines I needed was not available. It would have been nice to know this vaccine was unavailable at check in. Instead this facility wasted 2hrs of my day and I still had to go to another place to get my vaccine.

The worse experience I have ever had providing a UA for pre-employment. I peed initially but it was not enough because the cup needed to be filled to the line. So now I am drinking water so I can pee to fill the cup. Thirty minutes go by and I try to pee but can’t yet. I return to the lobby and drink another 5 cups of water. I have since drank ten cups of water and when I go up to the counter to ask to pee again after another 30 minutes has passed another older lady in an office behind the counter walks up and says “you are not going back there for another hour, you keep emptying your bladder.” At this point I was sick to my stomach with water and the statement caught me off guard. The lady assumed that on my second attempt to pee I just didn’t fill the cup to the line when actually I just didn’t pee at all. She was very disrespectful in her tone as well. Needless to say this caused an uneeded argument and anxiety. I have ten cups of water in my stomach and this lady is telling me I have to wait an hour…

From the morning front desk receptionist to the nurse and doctor, I was impressed. Everyone was friendly and professional. Wait time wasn’t too long either. The clinic was clean.

The customer service from the front desk is horrible the young girl looked at us stated she’ll be with us… My mom a Senior & myself stood there waiting for over 10 min while she stapled papers finally i assisted my mom to leave the girl never said anything! No apologies no wait a sec absolutely nothing! Horrible first impression from the front line!

The staff was wonderful- very knowledgeable and efficient! I wish the marketing team updated their website to state that children are not allowed back for certain things. For example, I needed a quick TB test for employment and didn’t know until I arrived that my school aged child could not be there. I also did not know that this test was only available on certain days- I wish this was reflected on their website. These simple adjustments would make a huge difference for working women!
