I, along with others stood in a long line just to get checked for roughly 20 minutes. One person working the desk and phones. After check in, waited an additional 20 to 25 minutes for the registration process to complete online due to waiting for the staff to send a link to my phone. I had to get up and let her know that I was still waiting. The entire ordeal took over 2 hours. I let my employer know not to ever use that location again. Highly unprofessional.

Personally, if you can find somewhere else to do business I would recommend you do. I would never come back here unless it was my last resort. The doctor himself was a pleasure to work with however, the staff isn’t that pleasant and will give you push back as if you’re not the one paying your money for the service

The 3 chocolate sistas that work up front are FABTABULOUS!!!!!! I really wish they will stay in their positions and THEY NEED A RAISE!!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND THEY KEEP THE PLACE UPBEAT!!!!

Checking in was easy and smooth and the receptionist was very polite. However the best part of my visit was the nurse who took care of my drug screening. She was very personable and easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable.

Great customer service. Everybody was pleasant and they was patient. I recommend that you go to this place if you need to go for anything drug testing if you need to go for urgent care all the women in the office were very pleasant.

I don’t know whether to recommend this place, - I went here for a DOT Physical that my trucking company scheduled.
Imagine I checked in at around 12:30pm Central Time and it took nearly 4 hours for the staff to proceed with the DOT Physical (urine drug test, hair follicle, etc) while the whole process could have taken at least 1.5 hours.
Well I hope they get their act together and treat employer-related Physical exams as priority.

Everyone in this place was rude even the doctor it was poorly managed. All the women had attitudes. I was so upset. In my opinion. Everyone that works there should be fired. There was no customer service. The girls were dancing, listening to music and every question I asked I felt like I was annoying someone as if they were not here for the purpose of facilitating my questions I will never come back here as long as I am in need of physicals, I will travel miles to go to another Concentra.
