I’ve been regularly going to this veterinary clinic since 1985. Back then they were super efficient and professional. Over the years it’s changed. They’re still very nice and very professional but if you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes in an exam room with a nervous animal when you still have an early morning appointment, that’s borderline ridiculous. It’s been that way for the past. Several appointments I’ve had. Seriously considering getting a different veterinary clinic.

I really don't remember how lone I have been going to Concord, but I know at least over 8 yrs. Early Aug. this year my 7 yr. old Scottie Mile stopped eating. I had the fortune to be seen by Dr. Malady and with his help and my great sadness I had to let Miles go to sleep on 8/27/24. Through out it all Dr . Malady was kind and thoughtful in his dealings with a fur mom that had a strong idea as to where and how this was going to end. What really surprised me was just this past Fri (9/27) got a letter from the UMo College of Veterinary Medicine notifying me that a donation had been made from Concord in honor of Miles in his passing. To say I was very surprised and impressed in and by this is almost an understatement. To me this is just another example of this practice's thought and caring in dealing with all who come through their doors no matter the number of legs they walk on. Should this have not sold you on trying this place by now for your fur or scale kids I am not sure what more I can do.

Dr. Maledy and his team were phenomenal in caring for our dog, Cooper, getting him in quickly for an emergency appointment and imaging. They thoroughly and compassionately walked us through the process of lining up additional imaging and helping us understand Cooper's diagnosis and prognosis. Not the situation or outcome we wanted, but we could not be more grateful and satisfied with their care and expertise.

I’m not a client of Concord Animal Hospital yet but looking for a new vet after being treated very poorly where I used to take my four legged babies. The person who answered the phone was very kind and had more sympathy in that two minutes phone call than where I had gone for 10 plus years. Those are the kinds of humans I want around and taking care of my babies. Thank you.

We have been going to Concord Animal Hospital for years. Recently we had to put our 15 year old very sick dog to sleep. Dr. Milady was with us every step of the way from treatments to counseling and finally putting our minds at ease knowing that it was the right thing to do. Dr. Milady Is a very busy man but he took the time to send us a very personalized note of condolences. We can’t tell you how much that meant to us. We know he wrote it personally since he has detailed memories only he knew. We highly recommend Dr. Milady and Concord Animal hospital.

My family used to bring our animals here when I was little and now I bring my own pets here, even though I no longer live right around the corner. You won’t find more caring, compassionate doctors. Dr. Malady is fantastic!

We've been going to this office for over 5 years now and we love it! The people seem to genuinely love animals and care about people and their pets here. Most of them have been friendly and helpful. Our dogs see Dr. Malady. He is very kind, compassionate, honest, informative, and thorough. I recently took my mom's dog for a more urgent issue and seen a different doctor. I really liked her too. I highly recommend Concord Animal Hospital!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Every person I talked to was friendly! Dr Kirkman was very thorough and helpful with all my concerns. My fur baby had a bad experience at another vet in town, but the staff here made her feel so comfortable that she didn't freak out.
