Just paid $23 for a Lost Mary vape that tasted burned up right out of the box. I was told to contact the manufacturer !?!?! 😲. Never again

I've always had bad experiences at vape stores my daughter brought me into this one I was a little leery but upon meeting the owners my mind has been changed they are extremely knowledgeable of their products and I like the friendly atmosphere

Been coming here 2-3 years now. Occasionally I splurge but for the most part I'm just in for some pipe screens or cones or small purchases like that. But either way, they're always fast and friendly and there's a great selection.

I just left Cool Smoke (Smoke Shop). I must say I had a great experience. I was shopping for Shisha for my hookah, and the customer service I received from the gentleman who helped me was EXCELLENT. ( I forgot his name. He had locs pulled back with color in them). I had lots of questions about shisha taste and quality. He patiently listened, answered my questions, and helped me tremendously with other concerns. They had the largest variety of sisha, hookahs, and products that I've ever seen. I ended up purchasing their in-house shisha. U can mix flavors and everything with their shisha. I will definitely suggest this store to everyone. Top tier customer service and products.
