I usually have a good experience, but recently had to wait nearly an hour for a pizza. We asked if ours was up about 40 minutes in, and they said it wasn’t. Turns out it was sitting on the shelf, so we waited around 10 minutes for nothing.

The food is all that, but for $1.50 for a soda and a hotdog you can't expect a whole lot. It's worth a quick snack but I wouldn't make a meal of it. Great for kids sports teams, birthday party, gatherings, etc.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the atmosphere was due to the high amount of traffic on Saturdays... if only less people liked to go to Costco on Saturday it would give me less anxiety lol.

Place was so busy it was going to be an hour for a pizza. We got our money back and ate elsewhere.

This place is great for a quick bite to eat out the door. We also like to order a pizza we arrive and it is done by the time we finish shopping!

Costco stopped carrying Tazo Chai Latte which it has carried for years!!No warning and the Oregon Chai is not The same, doesn't taste the same.Please bring back Tazo

Before I had good prescription drug coverage, their pharmacy helped guide me better than any other pharmacy ever did. They are so helpful and thorough that I still use them. I like to go through their store. It's always well stocked and have excellent prices on groceries.

Can't go wrong with a weekend visit to Costco! Great deals, great products! Samples are always a pro when they have them! We picked up the $10 giant pizza from the food court from dinner, it was ready super fast, piping hot, and tasted phenomenal! Very exciting that you can request half and half - cheese is simple but a must!!

The Rusty Road location has no customer service whatsoever. I called to cancel my membership as directed on their website. The phone rang forever with no response. Had to call the administration offices to get someone to finally answer the phone. After wasting 30min of my time they tell me I must come in person to cancel; mind you they are happy to auto renew online!!! So now with a pandemic, $5/gallon gas and a heat advisory I have to go to the location in person. I believe we should vote with our loyalty for businesses that are polite and offer good customer service. I will never be a member of Costco again and encourage everyone to consider if this is the kind of business we want to support. I know I don't.
