WARNING! They will Damage your Car and Deny IT! Don’t leave your keys with them until you have an employee do a 360 degree walk around and note any preexisting damage. Just like you have to do when you rent a car. I’ve trusted them for years and this time they damaged a rim and lied about it and tried to hide it. Tricky lil peeps in that shop - they installed the damaged rim on the passenger rear of the car to avoid detection. These were brand-new rims with Zero imperfections. Costco Tire center is a liability to everything else that makes Costco Great. I filed a complaint and it went to an uninterested 3rd party that has nothing more than a canned response of “your claim is denied”. I really liked being told the damage was not a result of a tire installation. Why, Google Costco Damaged my car rim - and the same damage was everywhere. I'm luck it was only one spot, But its very noticeable. I wonder how many of you haven't noticed!
This is the very first time I’ve posted something negative against a company. Crazy Me - I’m a shareholder and a 15-year Member – I care is why.
I’ll keep posting and maybe the SoCo Rusty Road General manager will start wondering why there are some many employee hours being spent with customers walking 360 degrees around their cars before and after an install.
DON’T TRUST THEM – Or You’ll end up posting like me. Ill let the Internet know how this works out. Today I’m not impressed and kind of sad that Costco has such a weakness.

I had an appointment at 11:30 for tire installation but didn’t leave until 3:00. Very long wait for a scheduled appointment. When I got home, my husband immediately noticed that the side mirror blink light was shattered. It was not broken before I drove straight from home to the store and back. The store denied responsibility, but the damage clearly happened while my vehicle was there. Very disappointing experience.

Waited 2 hours to be told my patch was too close to the side wall to be repaired, a shop down the road did it for $10 and took 10mins and showed me the nail wasn't in the side wall like I was told. No one here is am actual car repairman

I ordered tires online 9/25. They arrived at Costco 10/1 and I was able to schedule online for installation the same day. Took 45 minutes to install. Great experience.

~LOVE SHOPPING AT COSTCO. Always purchase Kirkland's brand. I knew I loved the products at Costco, but never considered the tire department...GREAT SERVICE in all the departments. Purchased Great set of Michelin Tires for my Acura. Best price in town and Wonderful Service~

Horrible experience! Seriously would not buy tires from them ever. They did not even shipped before the time frame they should have been in the warehouse and installed. Got the runaround in trying to get a refund for the tires. If you need tires in less then a month DO NOT buy from Costco.

I highly recommend getting your tires at Costco. I got a nail in my tire and they replaced the tire for $2.

Was told that my vehicles lug nuts had some kind of problem. They would not put tires on my Rav4. Took somewhere else a had no problems. Wasted my whole day .....
