Tried to come in on 11/20/22 for an emergency phone replacement. Google and the Cricket website said they were open until 6pm, but when we got there around 5:15pm, they had already closed. Fix your hours or fix your employees please.

Drove all the way out here as it was the closest Cricket open on a Sunday. The doors were locked and no one was in despite there hours being listed on the door as open on Sunday’s. Maybe update your info before I waste my time and gas.

Came into the store to get a couple new phones and Leona went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! She was unbelievably helpful! She was the only employee in the store and she made sure she took care of EVERYBODY that came in while getting my new phones all set up. Super impressed with how great of an experience this was!

This place is a scam. They signed my mom up for a government program that would give her free phone service. After several trips to this location with HORRIBLE RUDE customer service we decided to get new service at Boost. Then, she started getting charged $30 for Cricket service. Apparently when she initially signed up, they had my mom swipe her card twice, once for auto pay and once for payment. But they told my mom she was swiping it again because “it didn’t go through”. They thought they were being slick by putting her on auto pay thinking she wouldn’t know because the service was “free”, not taking into consideration that she may transfer the benefit at a future date. My mom is on a fixed income and literally couldn’t buy her medicine because this Cricket scammed her. Shame on you Cricket. If you genuinely cared for your customers you would close this location permanently. Not like it would matter much. This location is hardly ever open and when they are the systems are down. Too bad the system wasn’t down the day they scammed my mom.

This store is the worst location. They are guilty of “cramming”! They added $11 insurance on two of my lines without my permission. This is illegal. Luckily the location on Cherokee was able to fix everything. Don’t waste time going here, drive the extra couple of miles to Cherokee and Iowa. Cricket should close this place down for making them look bad.

Tony provided amazing customer service when I needed to upgrade my phone. He even stayed with me and one other customer after the store closed to make sure that our phones were set up correctly.

I came in to add data in my plan. She turned my phone into a data only plan so I couldn't make any telephone calls. Had to go there the next day. Missed the job for work. Screwed me all up and then they just added some data to my to my monthly plan. Then I had to go back the next day and then actually get to the unlimited plan for cricket. So everything was tied in and everything started fresh and I lost the $15 that I did for data. What a mess. The girls working there try hard but they just don't fulfill the needs that you have. So if I was you I'd go to another store or go with another wireless company? Because what my experience with cricket was undesirable that at that

dontae the manager here was absolutely rude. I asked for help to fix my phone because something was wrong with it. I had a horrible experience with a problem so small to solve But yet I got attitude and pure rudeness basically a solve it your self attitude. I will never go back to that location. If i could give 0 stars I would sadly I can not. The lady that was working with him was very nice I can say that. But overall the manager sucks.
