The customer service by the owner is constantly unprofessional. She brings her dog to the store and allows it to Rome around. I am allergic to dogs so this was unpleasant. Also she is always trying to upsell things me as customer do not need. I did my research and still not helpful. Justin was and is helpful. The owner just wants her commission I overheard her saying. Worst place to visit

Except for another recent review, I do NOT write reviews, but I had to write one for Cricket on Lemay Ferry. Justin and Esther ROCK! They are SO helpful. They are avid to help you and know the solution to every problem. Everytime I go there for help they are great, but this time they went above and beyond helping me elderly aunt. They are so wonderful I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thanks to both of them!!
