We came in a few hours before close with new iPhones needing to get eSIMs set up. The very helpful manager was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and was able to help numerous customers who came in after us while we waited for our phones to upgrade and transfer over, while always making sure to check in with us and make sure we were doing ok. It was overall the best experience we have had at a cell phone provider in years.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the worker there. I was looking at the New Motorola stylest G 2023 Model that came out this month. Well I currently own the same brand model just mine is the 2022 version. Any way this man approaches me and stands about one feet away from my face and ask a few questions I answer politely and when through talking he just stands there and breathing on me and staring I am uncomfrotable at this point and ask him to back away well he refuses so I stopped and explained that I have a condision that I need space well I ask 2 and was polite and this man snatched the phone out of my hand and demanded for me to exit the store. Any way I was going to switch to that company with 2 lines now I am going to metro pcs so I hope that the store weeds out the bad staff cause I wanted to try this company out

Great customer service!!!!..Haven’t used or been a customer of Cricket since the first year they opened here in STL…But the bargain I received,I couldn’t have done any better at NEITHER OF THE OTHER WIRELESS DEALERS!!!…AND I STAMP THAT!!!!!…Thank you Cricket Wireless/Saint Charles Rock Road location.

The gentlemen who were working tonight were FANTASTIC. I went to the North West Plaza Cricket and they sold me an IPhone 11 and no SIM card. After the sale the lady couldn’t figure out how to set up the SIM card for the phone. I came here HEATED because I just spent over $600 for a phone with no SIM card. They reassured me they will help me. They scanned the QR code on the bottom of my receipt and set it up for me. They were so sweet and helpful. Definitely coming back here for anything I need!!!

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly. He transferred everything that needed to be transferred from the old phone to the new one. Which is a big help. It took a while, so we chatted. He did tell me that I had to buy a new charging adapter. The only thing I would say that could improve this store, is to have wallet cases for the phones they have. They did not have one for my specific model. I had to send away for it. I'm so glad I went here to buy my new Samsung phone.
